Der Empfang, das Abendessen und Frühstück, das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, trotz Corona. Besonders die Kellnerin mit dem Tattoo am Arm mit den dunklen Haaren(leider haben wir den Namen nicht) war Klasse. Das Badezimmer war etwas beengt, jedoch ausreichend. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind würden wir wieder buchen.

Tolles modernes Hotel in Gebäuden aus 18. Jh.
Top Preis-Leistung im Hotel (102 €) und Restaurant mit Spitzenküche und Weinen zum moderaten Preis. Top Service: immer nett und hilfsbereit. Leider sind 2 Tage in dem alten Ort auf dem Berg genug. Denn in San Marino ist man 1 Stunde durch und den Strand von Rimini muß man nur gesehen haben..... Es ist halt so wie man es aus alten Filmen kennt.

The town was extremely beautiful. The property was very historic and antique. Our kids were alittle afraid with the paintings, they thought they were "creepy" lol. The breakfast and staff were great.

Double check spa situation
Nice hotel with comfortable rooms and good breakfast. The big problem was that it is advertised as wellness&spa hotel, but 1st spa was not included in the price ans 2nd it wasn't available even we would want to pay for it. And nothing was written about that when we were booking it. So going there primarily for spa, we were very dissapointed.

Breakfast was the highlight of our stay - it was exceptional and service was great. Not all the outlets worked in our room, so charging was a pain. The building is quaint but updated and the town is lovely.

Purtroppo stavolta NO!!
Purtroppo questa volta la mia recensione è negativa. Sono ormai varie volte che soggiorno qui con note solo positive. Ma stavolta tutto è andato storto. Abbiamo soggiornato qui dal 30/12 al 01/01/2019. La camera che avevo prenotato mi è stata cambiata con un altra che di camera nn aveva niente. Stretta, caldo soffocante. Si faceva veramente fatica a muoversi in due. Mancava addirittura l attaccapanni. Veniamo al cenone di capodanno. Avevo fatto esplicita richiesta per un menu vegetariano. Nessun problema. Mi era stato confermato che avrebbero esaudito la mia richiesta senza problema con tanto di menu inviato via mail. Ma una volta a tavola nessuno sapeva niente. I camerieri e lo chef erano allo scuro di tutto. Risultato; ritardo nelle portate e la mia compagna che ha cenato praticamente da sola. E cmq di tutto quello che avrei dovuto avere nel menù nn è stato rispettato. Peccato perché da un hotel come questo nn me lo sarei mai aspettato viste le bellissime esperienze precedenti.

Charmerande hotell och by
Både hotellet och byn är mycket charmerande. Personalen var trevlig och frukosten var bra. Både rummet och hotellet var mycket rent. Byn är underbar och det tar bara ca 20 minuter att köra till San Marino. I byn finns bra restauranger. Den ligger uppe på en kulle och fick vi rum med underbar utsikt. Trevligt att promenera i de gamla gatorna. Vi skulle gärna åka dit igen.

The Hotel is in a lovely location with good views from our room.San Marino is a 20 minute drive away. The Initial check in was brusque with limited information passed but all other engagement with staff was excellent. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. The associated restaurant was excellent

L'hotel è davvero confortevole, il personale gentilissimo e disponibile, e la colazione ottima. Sicuramente lo consiglio a tutti, anche perchè è comodissimo come base per gite nei dintorni. L'unica pecca è stata il wifi che, almeno nella nostra stanza, non prendeva, ma se ne fa a meno senza problemi.

Good but slightly frustrated initailly
Car park at rear was initially difficult to find, and then went into wrong lift, a bit frustrating as we could then not speak to the receptionist, and didn't want to walk all the way around back to reception, the frustration stemmed from the fact that the receptionist sent us to the car park, but did not seemed concerned when we did'nt arrive fairly quickly to reception, fortunately a customer let us in the lift upto reception.

Albergo confortevole con splendida ambientazione
Ottima accoglienza in splendida collocazione con balcone su un panorama aperto a vista spettacolare sulle colline e fortificazioni medioevali. Gli ambienti interni, curatissimi, che respirano aria di medioevo, restaurato con grande cura e ben arredato. Belle le sale del ristorante che si adattano agli ambienti preesistenti compresa la cantina. Interessante l'ingresso dell'albergo dal parcheggio pubblico. Tutti molto gentili ed attenti alle necessità del cliente.
