Sea Oaks Beach and Tennis Club 2 Br. Garden level Condo

Sea Oaks is an exclusive, gated, tennis, yacht and beach resort on a barrier island nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Inland Coastal Waterway. Our cozy, two bedroom, private, garden level villa is nestled amongst the live oaks and palm trees steps away from the pool, BBQ, 16 beautiful clay tennis courts, the Break Point café, Pro Shop and fitness center, and only a short walk to the beach with chairs, umbrellas, a pool and two restaurants. Our villa has a large, shaded lanai with direct access to the pathways to both the pool and tennis courts. There are lots of other activities available nearby including golf, kayaking, boat rentals, fishing. Weekly or monthly rentals available.
Once your booking is confirmed we will email you an application and waiver that Sea Oaks requires you to fill out and submit to them by mail along with a check for $100 ($75.00 lease application to SOPOA and $25.00 lease application to Sea Oaks House) plus 25.68/night fee for temporary membership at Sea Oaks.
Sea Oaks does not accept cash or credit cards. Upon arrival you will be given a Sea Oaks temporary membership card to use at the restaurants and Pro Shop. All charges must be settled with the Sea Oaks accounting department prior checking out.
