„Beautiful views of Ventura and the ocean from a comfortable home on a hill. We appreciated the off-street parking in a carport. We chose the home because of the two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. There was also a small bathroom upstairs. Lots of closet space was a benefit not usually available in a rental. We were a group of 5, two grandparents and a daughter, son-in-law and one granddaughter. We did have to be very careful on the stairs going down to the bedrooms from the living room. ...

„Gemütlicher Bereich lädt zum Entspannen und relaxen ein. Man darf keine Probleme Mit Spinnen oder Tieren haben. Mary ist sehr bemüht den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten, sehr nett und kommunikativ. Danke für die vielen Tipps der näheren Umgebung. Die Gesellschaft der beiden Esel und Bonkers, den Hund haben wir sehr genossen.“

„Owner was great, responses quick and will be there on a same day when something is broken. The furniture is cool and very worthy but it's very worn. Bathrooms very worthy and clean, but the doors and the surfaces of the furniture was very dirty and dusty, the BBQ either. House needs new paint from outside and a little TLC inside. We were a large group of friends 19 and 3 kids but we spent a great time there and we would do it again. Thank you for having a great time “

„We had such a good time. Lisa and Morgan thought of everything. Loads of toilet paper :-) feminine products, spices and more. The beds were very comfortable. The rooftop patio was our hangout. Absolutely beautiful views and sunsets. The lights and fireplace on the rooftop patio made it so cozy. Great location, it took 5 minutes to walk to the beach. We can't wait to come back. “

„Stayed here with my son's families and their girls. There were 5 adults and 2 toddlers. This place was great as everyone had their own room and bathroom. Plenty of space and the beach was just a short stroll down the block. Easy to get to with a small beach town vibe. Sunny Days management team was very accommodating and great to deal with. I would stay here again.“

„Beautiful view, very comfortable for our extended family, large open concept floor plan with plenty of seating. The freeway noise was noticeable while on the deck, but we couldn’t hear the freeway inside the house. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. “

Quiet neighborhood and beach is literally 4/5 houses down! The Oxnard area gave me a feeling of laid back friendly welcoming neighbors. The owner's were easy to contact and responsive. “

„Everything about this space was perfect for our family (grown adult kids and spouses.) Spacious, awesome location, quiet, comfortable beds, lots of king size beds, ample room in the kitchen and living area. The location was “senior friendly” (bedrooms on first floor, steps to the sand and nice umbrella and table to eat outdoors) and “teen friendly” (beach, sand, games) — everyone had a wonderful time.
