„This was great spot for our daughter's basketball tournament at the old Mamba Center, now Sports academy. Great and quiet neighborhood. All amenities and stores very close by. The house has everything. I believe we were first to rent since new listing after remodel. But the gist very accommodating and responds quickly. „Owner was great, responses quick and will be there on a same day when something is broken. The furniture is cool and very worthy but it's very worn. Bathrooms very worthy and clean, but the doors and the surfaces of the furniture was very dirty and dusty, the BBQ either. House needs new paint from outside and a little TLC inside. We were a large group of friends 19 and 3 kids but we spent a great time there and we would do it again. Thank you for having a great time “
