Wake up to stunning views in this Ventura hillside charmer. Sprawling panoramic views of the Santa Monica Mountains, Channel Islands, Ventura's sandy beaches and the beautiful city lights of Main Street Ventura. The view also includes the Historic Ventura Pier and on a clear day you can see the Anacapa Island Arch! As you enter into this 3 bedroom 2 bath home you are immediately greeted by the gorgeous views from the living room. An open concept dining area is just off the living room with built in wood cabinetry. The kitchen is newly remodeled and offers another opportunity to admire the view. This unit features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the three bedrooms offer the spectacular view. Directly off the back bedroom step outside to your very own patio deck where you can relax and watch the beautiful city views transform from day to night! Driveway provides ample parking. The unit has been freshly painted with new flooring in the kitchen and baths. Come enjoy our newly remodeled home while enjoying all that Ventura has to offer!

We had a wonderful time here. We enjoyed every space this house had to offer. Bedrooms are comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen clean, decor is pleasing. The views are spectacular. Close proximity to everything. Restaurants, shops, beaches and freeway. This was my second time staying here. I will 100% be back.

An amazing stay
We enjoyed our stay at this property so much! The view is absolutely spectacular. Watching the sunrise, the sunset, and all of the beautiful times in between - what a treat! The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The neighborhood and location were perfect. I hope we can return sometime very soon!

Fantastic views in a quiet neighborhood
An excellent location with fantastic views. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and large windows very much. We were grateful for the essentials like soap, shampoo and clean towels. There are dogs next door that like to bark at everything and their lights can get extremely obnoxious as they flicker or strobe like an emergency vehicle. There are no screens in the windows but there are not many bugs to worry about. Overall, a very relaxing and pleasant stay.

Amazing quiet views
Lovely and quiet property nestled in the hills overlooking Ventura and the ocean. You have a commanding view and can see the Channel Islands on a clear day. The house was clean and tidy and had all that we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped (except for a toaster but we made do) and everything worked. Beds were comfortable the shower has loads of hot water, very nice. All in all a great place to stay with off street parking and a large sun terrace.

Definitely enjoyed our stay, but a few problems. The dishes were dirty, would have liked to have a washer/dryer, and the telescope and TV didn't work properly. Good place overall, would recommend it.

Peaceful aerie
What a lovely place this was to land after hours of Friday traffic en route! My friends and I planned our weekend around events in nearby Ojai, but we ended up coming back to the house one afternoon because we loved relaxing there with the view. The living room, dining room, kitchen and one of the bedrooms afford a gorgeous vista of the entire Ventura Bay. The house itself is spotless, the kitchen well-appointed, the bathroom lovely, and there is an outdoor deck with a grill and that killer view. My favorite sound is quiet, and the surrounding neighborhood is just that. It's a wonderful place to take a walk if you love hills. Communication with the property manager was timely and friendly. One of our party wasn't able to come, but the house layout is great for 3 friends or 3 couples or a couple and kids to each have a room. We loved it and will be back!

Quick Weekend Getaway
This house had amazing views both from inside and outside the property. The views were one of the best features of this property. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. There were even board games in the house that we were able to utilize which was nice. It was close to Main Street and the beach, as well as a quick drive to stores or activities which was a plus. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
