Carpets were filthy in hallways ways & elevator floors.? Room key lock out right at 11:00 when elevators are at maximum occupancy and can’t get bell hop because of everybody checking outat the same time.

Girl at the front was a little rude with answering questions. With the festival no one at the hotel could help with getting to the hotel with the road closures.

Great location, room was adequate size. Beds were very comfortable. Noisy from the train and traffic when the door was open, but could not hear when door was closed. Paid alot extra for the ocean view but really could not enjoy out on the balcony due to noise.

Will definitely return! Hotel staff were very efficient, rooms were clean with great views and in a great location. Loved its amenities with outdoor gathering firepit spots and food options. Traveling with littles, noticed it was family friendly.

I liked that it was right by the beach, enjoyed walking along the beach with my dog. Only didn’t like! Was the weather was cloudy and cool don’t go in April I should have went in May or warmer months

Loved the room, much nicer and cheaper than thè Marriott down the road. The only issue I had was when i checked in at 4pm. I was told my room wasnt ready, and they would call me when it was ready. 2 hours later, still no phone call.by 6pm i was just getting my room. Other than that. Awesome stay.

A comfortable bed & room in Ventura with a great view of the sunset. An easy walk to all the restaurants & plenty of choices for dining. The hotel is next to the 101 & an active train track so pack earplugs.

Stayed in a room with ocean view and patio. The “ocean view” was partial at best with most of the view overlooking a cement public parking complex. The patio furniture was old rusted metal with no padding. We expected more at this price point. There was dualling pianos playing on the main floor and the sound proofing was inadequate. Even with ear plugs 6 floors up, I could hear the words to the songs being sung. The area in front of the hotel was lovely but you are not allowed outside food or drink. Would not return or recommend.

We loved the piano bar. They were an excellent addition to our holiday celebration and family get together. Our stay was comfortable and very enjoyable.
