The inviting great room is designed for gathering, with comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and sliding glass doors that open to the wraparound deck, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living and fresh coastal breezes throughout the home.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to group dinners, featuring quartz countertops, a large center island with prep sink, stainless steel appliances, and generous space for cooking and entertaining.

The home comfortably accommodates guests across three bedrooms, including a stunning primary bedroom that features a queen bed and garden views, direct deck access, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower, a Japanese-style soaking tub overlooking a bamboo garden, and heated floors for added comfort. The additional bedrooms include a Queen bed and one Full bed, making the home ideal for families, couples, or groups traveling together.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-The beach is just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy surfing, swimming, beach walks, and sunset views throughout your stay.
-Beach gear is available for guest use.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $350/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
