This fascinating apartment, recently renovated, is located near Riva del Vin, the bank that runs along the Grand Canal, just steps away from the Rialto Bridge.

This area is perfect for visiting Venice, in fact in 1 minute on foot you can reach the Rialto Bridge and Market, which are the strategic center of Venice. In 6 minutes, you can also reach St. Mark's Square, and in 20 minutes on foot you can reach Piazzale Roma and the Railway Station. In the immediate vicinity, there are also Rialto vaporetto stops for the airport or other islands of the lagoon.

The apartment features Venetian and wooden floors that pleasantly contrast with the modern design of the furniture. To help you feel at home after a long day exploring the city, you will find all the comforts you need such as Wi-Fi access, air conditioning, iron, hairdryer, Smart TV, as well as a fully equipped and functional kitchen.
