Das Dach
Das "Giorgio" Loft besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und einer schönen Privatbank.

Die Zimmer garantieren maximalen Komfort, sie sind hell und geräumig. Das erste hat ein sehr großes Doppelbett und das andere sehr bequeme Einzelbetten. Sie können sogar die Einzelbetten anpassen. Sie beenden schöne und geräumige Badezimmer.
Das Wohnzimmer ist das hellste Zimmer mit einem bequemen Schlafsofa, einem neuen Smart-TV und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Sie haben auch Zugang zu der privaten Terrasse am Kanal.

Our family absolutely loved this apartment. Spacious, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood within a 10-20 minute walk from anywhere you want to go. If you don’t feel like walking just order a water taxi (which we did) and get picked up on the dock at your back doorstep. The owner was super responsive if you need anything at all. Great stay overall and would definitely recommend to any family staying in Venice.

Great stay in Venice at this location

We loved this location as it's within 15 minutes of walking to most popular destinations. It's also right on the canal with a great dock that is pleasant in the morning and evenings. We used the dock for water taxis as well. The host coordinated the water taxi for us to get on right from the apartment. Inside was very clean, modern and new. The bathrooms were great and there are blackout curtains throughout the home. Great communication with the host, who lives a few doors away.

Quiet, convenient location/modern apt

Really nice (though short - we only had 2 nights in Venice) stay for our family of 4. The location can seem a little iffy? at first because you really have to wind through a bunch of narrow alleys to get back to the unit (a pain with our suitcases) and there’s some graffiti (but it is a city…) but after arriving we realized how well the place is situated.It’s quiet (until the water taxis start running in the morning - and then it’s so cool to see the “morning commute” of boats, taxis, schoolchildren!), AC is great after a day of walking, and showers and beds were top notch. Well equipped cabinets and grocery is just around a few corners - we enjoyed the welcome Prosecco & water and bought bread, crackers, meat & cheeses to enjoy outside and in the kitchen/living area. Only negatives were some areas that needed a little more attention from the cleaning service - not bad just not ideal - and not realizing that the washer was just a washer until after we did a load … but then we were able to “dry” like Venetians by hanging clothes around the airy kitchen and on the deck.Enrico was super communicative- even as our train was late and he was texting me as he was going into a meeting (much appreciated). Best part was being whisked away on a private water taxi that came right up to our deck/dock - AND avoiding hauling our luggage on the cobblestones and dealing with a series of public water taxis or train crowds.

Delightful apartment in quiet neighborhood

The apartment was very clean, bright and comfortable. As advertised, the balcony on a back canal was a super interesting way to observe the "real" goings on of the city. We had a water taxi pick us up from there on the way to the airport for departure. Enrico was very helpful in that I could not figure out how to book a taxi from the balcony and for that, I am very grateful! Everything was great and we loved that the location was walkable to everything touristy but felt tucked away in a more "local" part of the city. There was a grocery store just a few minute walk around the corner that came in very handy! Overall, excellent experience.

Book this wonderful place!

My friends and I were very lucky to stay at this beautiful place while on a trip to Venice. Everything was perfect from the communication, to accommodations, location and all the recommendations provided to make our stay memorable! Enrico made everything so easy and he was such a pleasure to work with and helped us navigate our way around Venice. The apartment is perfectly located in a quieter part of the city but only a 15 minute walk to most major attractions. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are super clean and have all the essentials you need. The kitchen was stocked and there is a market right around the corner. Great view of the canal from the outside terrace. Perfect spot for your morning coffee! We will definitely be back! Thank you Enrico for making our trip so wonderful!

Amazing trip to Venice

We have traveled all over Europe and can sincerely say that Enrico is the best host we have encountered in 20 years. He was waiting for us at the unit when we arrived, stored our bags, and gave us a lot of useful tips the area. He went above and beyond arranging transportation for our family of 6 from the dock at the unit. The apartment is clean, well stocked and in a great location. Absolutely incredible! The property was comfortable and spotless. You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into this place. Charming Stay on the canal

We really enjoyed our stay at Enrico’s loft. It was our first experience to Venice and we loved having a patio directly on the canal. Our taxi boat to the train station picked us up right outside our door. Enrico was so helpful with organizing both our water taxis and food recommendations. He also let us store our bags since our flight got in at 9am. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing - Best Vacation Rental!!

I cannot recommend this rental enough. Enrico seriously made this better than a five star hotel. No detail is overlooked – from the body wash and shampoos in the bathrooms, plenty of towels for the guests, cold water in the fridge, even coffee/tea and sugar for those that like it. I was amazed there was even dishwasher detergent, laundry pods (though we didn’t do laundry as it was our first spot) and a good assortment of dishes, cups, etc. I am VERY particular about cleanliness and this place was spotless. Clean is seriously the most important thing to me when staying in a hotel or vacation rental. But this place had it all. The location is amazing. Even with small children it was a 10 minutes to Piazza San Marco. It was such an amazing experience to arrive to Venice and have the water taxi setup by Enrico! Walked out of the airport and the water taxi was waiting in the first spot and whisked us away to the small porch/pier at the apartment. Once in a lifetime experience! We were also so thankful that he allowed us to leave our luggage in the morning so that we could explore the city easily. We loved sitting out back right on the water in the morning to have breakfast and to relax before bed. I only wish I had booked it longer – once I had thought to (before our trip) it had already been booked. You will NOT regret staying here. Enrico is an amazing host with dining suggestions, setting up taxis, checking in that all was well. Best vacation rental experience we’ve ever had.
