Die Kommunikation mit Roberta ist sowohl während der Vorbereitung, der Anreise und auch im Nachgang sehr positiv. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die nahe Lage zum Steinstrand. Auch Bellagio und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Straße, an der die Wohnung liegt, ist manchmal etwas laut, welches man aber nicht in der Wohnung mitbekommt.
