Das Hotel liegt im St. Vincent historischen Viertel, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Uferpromenade Restaurants, Annehmlichkeiten und Weltklasse-FĂ€hre nach San Francisco. Historische Bungalows wurden von preisgekrönten Architekten renoviert und ist ein privates Haus mit einer Sitzgelegenheit im Freien mit Blick auf den Napa River fĂŒr Ihren Genuss. Als Gastgeber sind wir weit und breit gereist und wollten eine Unterkunft schaffen, die wie ein Zuhause fern von zu Hause war und dabei ein Boutique-Erlebnis bot. Bitte besuchen Sie uns und genießen Sie!

Das Haus wurde renoviert und bietet ca. 700 Quadratmeter FlĂ€che. Bungalow hat ein Schlafzimmer, begehbarer Schrank, ein Bad mit Klauenfußwanne, große KĂŒche, WaschkĂŒche und Hauswirtschaftsraum und ein sehr komfortables Wohnzimmer. Ein privater Außenbereich ist fĂŒr Ihren Gebrauch bestimmt. Alle neuen Möbel und KĂŒchenzubehör. Die Veranda ist ein großartiger Ort fĂŒr Sie zu hĂ€ngen und beobachten Sie den Sonnenuntergang ĂŒber den Napa River.

Die GĂ€ste haben Zugang zum gesamten Bungalow fĂŒr PrivatsphĂ€re. Die TĂŒr ist mit einem privaten Zugangscode fĂŒr Ihren Gebrauch nur ausgestattet. Bitte klingeln Sie, wenn Sie Ihren Code vergessen und wir helfen können!

Clean, comfortable

The space worked well for our needs and we saw a ton of fireworks over Fourth of July weekend. The bungalow was a little warm and stuffy, but instead of using the nest we just opened up the windows and that fixed the problem.

Wonderful!

The property was exactly what I hoped for. It was tidy, homey, and private. I especially loved the private parking and that I could walk to the ferry -- so easy to get to San Francisco! Meehyun was a responsive and accommodating host, made sure I had everything I needed I would definitely stay here again.

Cute, clean and with some added touches

This place was great! Originally, I had only planned for two people to be staying here but because we had the space, we were able to have four instead. Two of us shared the one bed and two people slept in the living room on the pullout couch, this property was very clean, it was adorable, and the part we appreciated the most was that there were snacks, water, a bottle of wine and simple things like oil and salt for cooking. We were there for the Maker Faire on Mare Island so it was a perfect location for us to easily walk down to the ferry and the brewery.

Sweet little house, perfect for the two of us with engagements in Napa and American Canyon. The house was well appointed, private, charming and comfortable. Parking space, wine and coffee/snacks from our host were a welcome bonus!

Vallejo Bungalow

We stayed at the Waterfront Boutique Bungalow in March 2023. The bungalow we stayed at is at the rear of the property and is as advertised. We had no issues and communication was good. Bed was comfortable and overall a quiet stay though nearby street noise can be quite loud at times. Check in was flawless, furniture was clean and in good working order. The three bungalows could use a bit of maintenance (paint, gate repair, some yardwork) but nothing was broken and all functioned as it should. All in all, a good stay in a decent part of Vallejo, which can be hard to find!

Quiet and Quaint

I wanted a quiet and comfortable place. Parking was easy, access was easy and it was quiet. Close enough to downtown Napa to go for a nice dinner. Mare Island was interesting and our visit to St. Peter’s church was enlightening. Not much to the town itself. Overall a pleasant experience.

Comfortable bungalow

Wonderful hosts. Cute very comfortable bungalow, old but updated in the important areas. It is in an old neighborhood with some less than desirable structures. Once you get used to the location, it really is very conveniently situated. Close to Napa, expressways to most ant area of interest and within a mile of the ferry to San Francisco.

The inside has been decorated and updated nicely. The outside needs painting, screens on the windows and front, replacement windows and some kind of insulation to help with heat retention. Even on a 78 degree day the house was very hot when we returned. We left a hot foothill area for a break. Outside wasn't too bad but inside took hours to cool off.

Great location

This is our second time staying at the bungalows. We found it to be a great location and super comfortable! The bungalow is very clean and the host has thought of all the little extras. Check in is super easy and communication was easy with fast responses. When in Vallejo we would definitely stay again. Just a wonderful ferry ride to San Francisco or an easy drive to Napa/Sonoma from this centraly located property

Wonderful little bungalow

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The location was perfect. We walked to the ferry for San Francisco, and it's a short drive to Napa. There is also plenty to do an see nearby. The property itself was clean and well maintained. Our bungalow had private off-street parking, which was really nice. The owner was responsive and helpful with any questions we had or issues. I.e. we had the wrong combo for the lock, but it was resolved in minutes.

Cute Little Bungalow Close To Mare Island

We had a wonderful time is this little place. Owners were very accessible and responsive. The Saturday Farmers Market was delightful and we highly recommend the distillery on Mare Island. Wine tasting in nearby Suisun Valley reminded me of what Napa was like in the 70's. Quaint, rustic and great wines.

Perfect retreat in NorCal!

What a wonderful home base this was for my recent escape! I just love northern CA and after much searching chose the Boutique Bungalow! The house itself was beautiful
 super clean and co Fun! Bed was perfect and the snacks and wine were a bonus! Was a relief to have my own parking and the owner reached out to make sure everything was as expected. Ithe location was perfect my excursions both up and down the coast and it was a winderd ‘home away from home’. Hopefully I will be back in the area again and I will be sure to seek out the bungalow for my next trip to Vallejo!

Cute Bungalow

This is my third visit to the Boutique Bungalows and as always I'm impressed. They are immaculately clean, very beautifully decorated and extremely cozy. The bed is very comfortable like a luxurious hotel. Meehyun and Michael are great owners, very responsive and have done a wonderful job with these bungalows. The area seems a little sketchy but I grew up nearby so I know its perfectly fine. Easy and fun to walk to nearby Panama coffee and Mare Island Brewery. Will be back!

Unsafe neighborhood! Not safe to walk to nearby places

Place is adorable BUT We were hungry when we got to property and booklet on the coffee table suggested a couple restaurants close by and “no need to Uber” because they’re within walking distance. We walked to the pizza place suggested and were followed by a man with his hood up and gator-like mask on his face. We turned and stopped walking to see if he’d keep going and didn’t. He stopped with us. Not sure what he was planning on doing to us but left us alone when we called 911. The police officer that brought us back told us, if it was possible, we should stay somewhere else. We left the property right away and got a hotel in nearby American Canyon which the officer also suggested. The homeowner was unwilling to work with us on a refund.
