Finde Valensin Ski Ranch Hotels

„You need to ask for a renovated room. I was one adult and they had me in a run down room with a joining door to the next room. I didn’t like that so asked to be moved. They put me in another run down room that was a suite. Very nice of them. Went to my sister’s room whose room had been renovated. It was VERY nice. I was disappointed with mine.“

„We booked this hotel just to have a hot tub. Guess what? We get there and it’s out of order. The front desk staff said it has been broken for a long time ( but is still advertised). No manager on site to answer any questions and his response was “it’s a small hotel, we can’t do anything about it” Holliday inn? a small hotel? Probably one of the biggest hotel chain in the US. Overpriced for no reason at all. Don’t waste your money.“
