„There are so many things to recommend this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning; the room was so lovely, comfortable, and had a gorgeous view ; the location, away from the centre of town, is amazing - directly on a path which will lead you up to a wonderful hike; beautiful dining room with wonderful food and staff. The location and the views at the hotel cannot be beat. But most of all, the staff is absolutely terrific. They are all friendly, personable, and so so helpful . Paola, Andrea, and ...

„Alles bestens, netter Empfang, sehr gute Lage “

„Definitely recommend staying here, plenty of space and lovely area“

„It was OK and according to the price. Pluses: breakfasts, location close to the mountains, all clean. Minuses: too loud from the street, no AC, light directed to the window.“

„I had an amazing stay at Hotel de Len. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive — they truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of at all times. The spa on the 6th floor was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere, the design, and the overall experience were exceptional and perfect for relaxing after hiking. Highly recommended.“

As the temperature was over 30°C on the day of our stay, we couldn't leave the window open while we were away from the room. In addition, the shower drain was clogged. However, the front desk manager handled the situation exceptionally well. He immediately offered us a different room at no extra charge. The new room was larger, in a much better ...

„Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour ...
