wonderful again, I stayed 5 nights in Birchwood Hotel and enjoyed very much everything. A quite nice room Nr 925 for only 50 swissfrancs including a huge nice breakfast buffett from 6h in the morning. Thank you for the nice big eggomelette very well done. All the staff in the hotel very kind and the free hotel shuttle with the nice drivers also excellent. I really recommend this beautiful hotel resort to everyone. I will return again.“

Staff was wonderful, we had a late check-in due to flights and they were waiting for us (I'm sure an inconvenience but they never made us feel as such) Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location was convenient and tucked away from the noise and traffic. Would recommend.“

We had our own garage downstairs and a balcony. Good choice of breakfast. „The plus side is that the Hotel is very close to the Casino Complex, very friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast was ok for me , everything what you need in the morning.
The minus points are, that my room key was never working properly and I had to run up and down a few times.
The windows are very thin so you can hear everything.
