„Booking with Lyuda was smooth. Check-in was no problem (although there were several lock boxes, so had to try a few until we got our key). The location cannot be beat. The apartment is surprisingly quiet, yet steps away from restaurants, shops, metro, etc. Beds were comfortable. Don’t count on too much extra space, but this is what we expected for NYC. Would book again!“

„Appartement entsprach der Beschreibung/Bilder, ideal für Paare, sehr gute Lage alles (Subway, Bus, Geschäfte u. Gastronomie) fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber lief problemlos über WhatsApp, fehlende Handtücher wurden nachgereicht und wir durften netterweise später auschecken da unser Flug erst abends ging. „It was really nice to have so much space in New York! Check in was super easy. I also loved having a kitchen. We often had leftovers that we could heat up later. Also, my daughter needed to steam her throat every morning which we couldn't have done at a hotel. There was a problem with the hot water in the shower. The handle got super hot, so we needed to use a cloth to adjust it or turn it off. I alerted the property manager about it. There are a few run down spots on the floor which ...

„My daughter was doing a college program near the location of this apartment so we took our chances .... so glad we did. What a great apartment and location. Yes, the bridge traffic dumps out here but it really wasn't loud at all. And the neighborhood around it has tons to offer. Management company was top notch and responded quickly to any emails I sent. Would definitely re-rent this place for sure! Thanks for a great week! “

„Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in New York. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer sehr freundlich und auch bei Problemen geduldig. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Man kommt mit mehreren Linien in Fußnähe überall hin. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die beiden festen Betten waren herrlich bezogen. Leider galt das nicht für die weiteren Betten. Das Schlafsofa war überhaupt nicht vorbereitet und die Luftmatratze war nicht aufgebaut als wir nachts nach unserem Flug müde ankamen. ...

„This apartment was in a great spot right by Columbus Square. We were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go, and if not, it was a two minute walk from the subway. The air conditioning was especially helpful as we were there during a heat wave. The only thing I took one star off for was the sofa bed; it wasn’t really a bed more like an extended sofa, and the extension kept collapsing while we were on it, so obviously it wasn’t very sufficient. But overall great experience!“
