„Location could not be beat! Close to Central Park and subway near by to hit everything. Coffee and convenience stores close by. Living area was great to hang out, but we were mostly there to sleep, recharge and go again and it was perfect for that! Bedrooms were large, well stocked and bathrooms were clean and well lit. AC in each area made it easy to stay comfortable. Noise from upstairs as to be expected with this type of architecture. Would stay again for sure!“

„Best location in NYC Everything you need was just steps away. The host communication was incredible. From start to finish. They stayed in touch….“

„We searched forever to find something that fit our group of 4 and was affordable. This place was great. It's tight, but what isn't in NYC? There were some well thought out areas and space was maximized. The house is in a GREAT area that is close to the subway, restaurants, shops and markets. I will say the original pictures on the listing are not of the apartment we stayed in and the address is that if the management company. As soon as you book you get pictures of the apartment you'll be ...

„Nice location, great communication with the host. The listing is misleading and inaccurate. No stairs disclosed in the listing. 3rd and 4th floor walk up. Narrow stairways, damaged railing to the top floor. Hard to climb with luggage or with any disability. Unit in disrepair. Broken kitchen cabinets, missing lightbulbs, old, ineffective wiring, miss matched beds. The king bed in the matter is actually two mismatched twins on a king frame. Mattresses are actually different thickness/heights.“

„The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive. The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat ...

„Great location and smooth check in/check out! Would def stay again!“

„They offered a complimentary “upgrade”, but lied about the number of bathrooms. There was not enough towels or bedding. The lamps were broken. The sink did not work well. The doorknob fell off every time the front door was used. The sheets and towels were stained and not washed well.“

„Fourth floor walk up. No elevator. Just basics plus coffee. Two small bedrooms and kitchen area, all crowded with beds. Good a/c and wifi. Excellent location, close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants, transportation.“

„Fantastische Lage direkt in der Nähe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten, alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber warm und einladend.“

„Great value! I would definitely stay again!“
