"An Exceptional Stay at Hyatt Regency Times Square – October 1–4, 2026
This was my third stay at the Hyatt Regency Times Square, and once again, it exceeded all my expectations. From the very beginning, I was welcomed and treated like a member of the Hyatt family. The warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay with the family truly unforgettable.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with everything taken care of as quickly as possible. Our room on the 43rd floor was absolutely fantastic, offering a breathtaking view of Times Square. Watching Times Square come alive at night was simply indescribable!
The room was perfect, with two comfortable queen beds, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as we had hoped.
The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Times Square. Many of New York City's most famous attractions are within walking distance, and the 49th Street subway station is just a minute away. Everything you need is right around the corner.
Breakfast at the hotel was also excellent and the perfect way to start each day in New York.
I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the manager, who once again made our family feel truly special. His kindness, personal attention, and outstanding hospitality made a real difference to our stay. Thanks to him and the entire team, we felt completely at Home.
