This adorable tiny cottage is a perfect get-away for a couple or solo-traveler. This sweet little guesthouse features a full-sized bed, kitchenette, bathroom/shower as well as a fenced-in backyard with a large relaxing pond in the front yard. The home is just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a short walk to restaurants & pubs!

Our tiny 350 sq. ft. beach cottage is situated on the Northside and is just about a 5 minute walk to the beach! Our place is within walking distance to restaurants/pubs, coffee shops, bike & kayak rentals.

The cottage is on the SAME PROPERTY as the main house which we also rent out. So you will pass fellow guests in the front yard only. The cottage and backyard are completely separate. This cottage is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just off an unpaved road on the North-end of Tybee (less crowded beaches); yet only 1 mile from the action of Tybee’s main hot spot “Tybrisa Street’.

This little cottage is completely furnished, including a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker (with complimentary coffee and creamer), and all essential flat ware (utensils, plates, glasses). The bed is FULL size and has a very nice firm mattress. The living space is shared with the bedroom and includes sofa where you can sit and enjoy a 32 inch HD-TV that includes a roku for streaming in case you feel like staying in and relaxing. The TV has HDMI inputs, so feel free to bring your devices.

Tybee Island is a funky, colorful, little island. Our cottage is on the quiet side of the island (North Beach)... Thus, beach access is less crowded. It also has many attractions such as: Dolphin tours, kayak and jet ski rentals, bike paths, climb the famous Lighthouse, or visit the Marine center. There are numerous activities to do on Tybee, we have a guide booklet that lists the all the additional attractions.

Jaycee Park is a 3-minute walk. The park has scenic streams with turtles, basketball court, softball field, playground, picnic tables and grills. Beautiful live oak trees and a peaceful walking/bike path. Never a boring day on Tybee!

5-15 min walking distance to our favorite pubs/restaurants: Huca-poos, Chamacho Tacos, Cockspur Grill, Sundae Cafe, Sea Wolf, North Beach Grill and the Quarter Bar & Grill.
