Hang Ten’s main (second) floor living area features a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, all stainless-steel appliances, and granite countertops. The open concept kitchen gives way to the dining and living areas. The dining area has a table for 6 with 2 seats at the breakfast bar and 2 additional seats at a side table. The living room has an oversized club chair, comfortable sectional sofa, and a large 70" Smart TV with surround sound. Just off the living area, get ready for fun! The open game room takes on all the action with a 65" 4K TV with surround sound, a wet bar with a mini-fridge, a pool table, a foosball table, and a full-size shuffleboard table. The game room is an excellent separate area for kids and teens while the adults lounge in the living room. Step outdoors onto the deck for a gas grill and under-the-stars dining. The main level also is home to bedrooms 2 and 3, which share the renovated hall bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, TV, and a private sundeck. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and TV. Just up the floating staircase to the third floor is the 400 square foot primary bedroom suite. Stunning views of the ocean greet you as you step into the room.
