When you're in the mood for an oceanside trip, Coast a While is the perfect spot to visit. This appealing beach house makes it easy to kick back, relax, and unwind. It's an elegant, two-story historic home nestled in between soaring palm trees and pine trees. When you visit Coast a While, the first thing you'll see is the stunning wraparound, screened-in balcony where our guests love to catch an ocean breeze. This beautiful porch is equipped with rocking chairs, a swinging daybed, and outdoor dining tables, so you can do everything from taking a nap to enjoying a nice meal.

Once you step inside, you'll see a bright and airy central living space. Like all of our other vacation rentals Tybee Island GA, it features designer decor thoughtfully arranged to create the ideal vacation atmosphere. Cozy sofas and chairs gather around a wood-burning fireplace and a flatscreen television. A blend of vintage and modern decor in shades of white, blue, and green helps the area look welcoming and restful. A short flight of stairs leads you to the kitchen and dining room downstairs. Lovingly restored wooden furniture adds a relaxed touch to the crisp white kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel accents.

Coast a While is one of our larger Tybee vacation rentals, so it's an excellent option when you're planning a beach trip with a big group. This roomy property sleeps up to 14 people. It's a popular choice for extended families or large groups of friends. The convenient layout lets you relax and unwind by yourself in your own personal room, or you can gather with everyone in the communal living spaces. A massive dining table easily fits everyone for meals together, and there are several roomy seating areas sprinkled throughout the house.

This property has six spacious bedrooms to choose from. Upstairs, there's a master bedroom with a king bed, sitting area, and en suite bathroom. The upstairs hallway also leads to two more bedrooms with king beds and a full-size bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Downstairs, three more bedrooms provide sleeping options. There's one more bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom, and there's a bedroom with two full-size beds. The final bed has four twin beds in a bunk bed format, so it's perfect for kids. The downstairs area also holds a fourth bathroom that contains a walk-in shower.

You can enjoy a calm, laidback community a little away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Tybee Island, but you're only three blocks away from the beach. This property is right by Tybee Island's Mid Beach which is great for sunbathing, swimming, and bodyboarding. You're also just a couple blocks away from Tybee Market IGA, so it's easy to grab supplies for lunch or get some premade snacks.

When you're in the mood for a nice restaurant meal, you're close to plenty of Tybee's icons. There are options like Sting Ray's Seafood and Fannie's on the Beach to the south or Sea Wolf Tybee to the north. The island has plenty of options for quick bites, fine dining, and everything in between. It also offers a lot of fantastic entertainment options. Depending on your mood you can tour the historic Tybee Island Light Station or catch a live show at Rock House. Tybee also has a lot of fantastic events, like the Tybee Beach Bum Parade, that you can catch if you stay at one of our Tybee Island vacation homes during the right time of year.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.
