The Property

Inside Blue Heaven Villa, generous windows illuminate the open floor plan. The large living room features sand-toned seating for several, which fans around the wall-mounted smart TV. You also get a lovely view through the glass doors to the front balcony, where you'll love winding down in the evening as the island grows still. Cozy shiplap siding surrounds you in a fresh, maritime atmosphere as you chat about your day or tune in to your favorite shows.

A dining table occupies a sunlit nook just beyond the seating area. Wicker chairs complement the beachy décor. A contemporary chandelier adds a sense of elegance to your mealtimes, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The adjacent gourmet kitchen beckons with sparkling, full-sized appliances and lots of counter space. You can perch at the central island and converse while the cooks among you are making dinner. We fully stock each kitchen in our Tybee Island vacation homes to ensure you have everything you need for meal prep. From flatware to dishes, it's all here for your use. We also include cooking essentials, pots and pans and glasses. You'll love the sleek, French door refrigerator and built-in range, oven and microwave.

A king-sized bedroom is just off the living area. A large, comfy bed, a chest of drawers and a ceiling fan make this a calm, restful area with a place for all your belongings. You have your own television, too, for watching late night shows in comfort.

The adjoining bathroom boasts a glass, subway-tiled walk-in shower, his and her sinks, plus miles of counterspace. You'll find a generous supply of towels in one of the many cupboards too.

Step into the elevator for an easy ride to the second floor. A sitting room, complete with a television and easy chairs, provides a cozy spot to relax after a day at the beach. Sliding doors lead to the second-floor balcony, a covered aerie that twins with the one below. It's a great place to share a sweet tea with friends and enjoy the verdant views.

Back inside, the bedroom on this level features a queen-sized bed, double closet and ensuite bathroom. There's a wall-mounted TV and ceiling fan too. A roomy glass-doored shower adds a luxurious touch you'll savor.

Take the elevator up one more floor or climb the few stairs to the third story. Here. You'll find a quiet, separate area with two queen-sized bedroom and a shared bathroom. Each bedroom boasts a ceiling fan, a TV, storage, and a leafy view of the treetops. The bathroom has a tiled tub/shower nook with a skylight and lots of counter space.

The private backyard provides a mini oasis where you'll want to spend lots of time. A swimming pool, stone patio and chaise lounges set the scene for refreshing recreation. A gas grill and surf-board seating beneath an overhang cater to al fresco meals. There's even an outdoor shower where you can rinse off before going back inside.

Blue Heaven Villa is convenient to each of Tybee's main beaches, with Mid Beach being the closest to your home base. This central section of the coastline runs approximately from 1st to 14th Streets, just a 10-minute walk eastward through quiet neighborhoods. A sandy beach with gentle waves makes this a favorite with local families and visitors alike.

North Beach is a short drive from Blue Heaven Villa. The historic Tybee Light Station and Museum, Fort Pulaski and a wildlife area offer recreational activities after you have fully enjoyed the beach itself. South Beach is the island's most visited. There, the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion offer a wide ocean view plus a café and picnic tables. If you visit on the Fourth of July, you'll see fireworks too.

Back River Beach, at the southern tip of Tybee, offers views of Little Tybee Island, a natural area. It's also a popular kayak put-in for paddlers. At the north end of the island, Back River Beach runs alongside the Savannah River where you will likely see a pod of dolphins frolicking just offshore.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
