„The house is very well stocked with everything you will need… pans, beach towels, plates, bedding, double washers & dryers. Very comfortable. Very close to beautiful cove and several restaurants. We loved floating in the pool long past sunset. The property manager Julian was quickto respond to our questions. We hope to return in 2027!“

Loved to relax down by the beach - beautiful garden with shade to hide from the sun. Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Only down sides: rocky beach, no outdoor dining area / shade on the terrace & too much Ikea interior for the upscale price.“

„Amazing location at Sapodilla bay. Incredible home design with heated pool just one step outside and 20 more steps to the beach. Kids spent most days going between SUP and kayaks in the ocean to playing in the pool. We had a chef cook for us throughout the week and hired a driver to take us to Grace bay, mango clear kayak tour and a day on a private catamaran snorkeling and site seeing. We saw dolphins, squid, reef sharks, fish and turtles on our tour. There were several airings of rays right ...

„Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing trip. The neighborhood is quiet but a 15-30 minute drive to some really nice restaurants. Beaches nearby were easy to get to with drinks and food (no facilities) & kids enjoyed jet skis. The home was everything we needed, where everyone had their space and plenty of extra seating for all. “

Before I arrived, I asked for a list of vendors to plan a 50th birthday and they had one readily available. Any ask I had, they accommodate it. They offer grocery services as well. „Had the best couple days at Caicos Beach Villa. Regine was awesome so super friendly, Jessica the owner seemed like a genuinely nice person and was quick to offer suggestions or answer my questions. The beach was spectacular, the house was amazing, & North and middle Caicos just blew my mind. We saw turtles every day, a couple stingrays, conch, many types of fish. Had the best time with my girlfriend and another couple can’t recommend this place enough. Will def be returning. “
