Enjoy ultimate privacy within a limited 5-Villa Complex. Located in the Veleta neighborhood, accessible via bumpy dirt roads, far enough from the noise of town, but close enough to enjoy all that Tulum has to offer.

Casa Kokí was designed so that you can feel immersed by the Tulum natural environment, but in a thoughtfully designed space.

Enjoy breakfast or dinner "al fresco" in the private outdoor dining space, surrounded by lush greenery.

Exit the bedroom to access the private outdoors to your own daybed, private heated plunge pool, and seating area. Heated plunge pools are a rarity in Tulum!

Local materials were used so that you can experience the Boho Chic Tulum vibe. Furnishings are custom or handmade, intricate pieces of art within themselves. Be embraced by the different textures and distinctive design. Casa Kokí is equipped with all the creature comforts you may need to maximize your experience: Air Conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, hot water, 80Gbps WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, and more.

The house includes a full kitchen with bar space. Feel free to cook as the kitchen is equipped with all you need; or talk to me about hiring a private Chef!
