Do not reserve a room if you are needing a shuttle to the airport. I reserved a room at this hotel specifically because of the shuttle. I had an international flight leaving the following morning, and had trouble getting the shuttle coordinated with the desk associate. My flight was leaving at 6:30 and the associate told me we will leave at 6:00. The hotel was 15 minutes away so that would not allow me enough time to get through TSA and find my gate. After some back and forth we agreed to 5:00. I went back down to ask a question about the shuttle and was met by a different associate. At first I was told that they are not offering a shuttle, and he also mentioned that I should’ve told them at check in that I needed a shuttle. I proceeded to let him know that I did tell his coworker. I mentioned that I had an agreed upon time with a different associate he retracted his statement. Instead of asking more questions, he told me that they only shuttle at 6:00 and 9:00. After that I told him to forget about the shuttle and I’d find a ride elsewhere. Both desk associates were rude through out the entire time I spoke with them. Not worth your time.
