Liked separate LR and BR with door and TV’s for each room. . Liked modern bathroom with separated toilet/shower area and vanity/sink area. Loved the staff and great free breakfast! Comfortable stay. Great $ value. Didn’t like that the internet was down and check-in was manual. That was a probable one-time fluke, but once restored was not stable the first day. Seemed ok later. Didn’t like that the bathroom door opened so close to the bed that it was awkward getting in and out. Need a layout design change in that room. It turned out to be an enjoyable stay and worth the drive.

Check out is 12 pm and we were intrupted twice once 9:15 and again at 10:30 asking if we were checking out so unnecessary to knock on the door and one cleaning person actually came in our room check out of 12 we paid for the room until 12!!

The booking was hassle free. The check in was quick. Everything was clean and well maintained. Our room didn’t have a nasty smell and everything we needed was provided quickly. The best part (and reason why we will be returning customers) is the complementary breakfast. The staff was excellent and super friendly. The food was great and well organized. The price for what we got was great, I wouldn’t book anywhere else in Tucson. Great job on this one Sheraton. I’m one happy customer!

Unfortunately, I had to deal with some things when I was there and it’s a week later, I reported these things, but neither Marriott Bonvoy nor the hotel is interested in making it right. Here are the things I had to deal with: cockroaches in my room, construction noise in the hallway that went on around the clock, a mess from the construction. I was pretty much walking through a construction site.

Everything was great, staff were awesome. Only complaint was no free wifi! And when we signed up online through a Marriot account it still didn’t work. We asked the front desk and they said it was down. Not a big deal, but being from Canada, our phones didn’t work the same for some reason.

The stay was subpar at best. It could be that the property is older and could use some renovation. I felt like everything was old. The floors were dark and carpeted and the appearance reminded me of a motel 6 as access to our rooms were from the outside. Just not my cup of tea.

Older hotel but comfortable
Good hotel for the night. Staff were super friendly. The only issue I had, was that it was very loud. Walls are a little thin. Loved the area, close to everything. Next time I’ll bring earplugs.

This was a five day getaway. Our suite was very nice. Lots of places to put things, very clean and nice breakfast.
