Accommodations:

The well appointed Primary Bedroom features a modern En Suite, 55 In TV, King Bed, and 1 Rollaway single bed. Private En Suite modern accommodations include dual vanities with lighted LED mirrors, and modern walk in shower.

Guest Bedroom #2 feature modern furnishings, 1 King bed, 55in TV and large closet and body mirror. Enjoy gorgeous sunset and city line views from the window.

Guest Bedroom #3 features modern furnishings, 1 King bed, 1 Rollaway single bed, 55in TV, large closet and body mirror. Enjoy gorgeous sunset and city line views from the window.

Bonus Room directly off of the Primary bedroom features backyard access, pull out sleeper sofa, 55 in TV, dumbbells, yoga mats, fitness bands and heavy balls.


Main Living area features open living/dining/sitting area layout perfect for entertaining. Sitting area features modern furnishings and pullout sleeper sofa


Inviting elements include indoor and outdoor quiet sitting areas sequestered throughout the property, a wood burning fireplace in the living area and gorgeous few of the city line below. Enjoy 5 Smart TV's including a 65in TV in the living room. The space is wide open with plenty of seating to accommodate up to 12 people.

Backyard:
The backyard features an AMAZING pool which can be heated for an additional fee. Enjoy stunning views of the Catalina Hills as you relax in the pool, at one of the several seating areas or from the fire pit.



Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 16 people. Please inquire for larger groups. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) Must be 25 or older to book the property.

5) No smoking

6) No pets

7) Guests do not have access to garage

8) Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature

9) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted.

**Pool Heating Information**

Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day to heat to 85 degrees pool and requires a 48 hour notice. Pool heating is only allowed for consecutive days with. There is also a 2 night minimum for pool heating.

Home is equipped with easy access via code at the door that will be provided the morning of checkin

The Catalina Foothills is nestled against the Stunning Catalina Mountains offering breathtaking mountain and city views. Guests can expect to enjoy desert landscape to include saguaro cacti, diverse wildlife, and miles of hiking trails.
The Catalina Foothills is known for its upscale residential neighborhoods boasting luxurious homes, high end restaurants and fine dining and beautiful desert estates.

Although you can enjoy long walks and bike rides around the quiet and peaceful Catalina Foothills neighborhood, you will need a vehicle to get to most places. Uber is a great option as well

-Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature. There is a 2 night minimum for pool heating, and those days will need to be consecutive.


-Our home is equipped with security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras on our property
-There are several cameras around the exterior to include the front yard, garage door, door bell and back yard

Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed.
