Comfortable home in great location
The home was spacious, clean and in a great location. Owner was quick to respond to questions and made the check in and out process easy. It was a perfect Christmas getaway, and we would 100-percent stay here again.

Spring Break roadtrip
We love Tucson and the house was perfect for our vacation. The house was well stocked and the kids loved the pool. The neighbors were so friendly and even gave us a bag of Lemons from their tree! Ryan the owner was super helpful and promptly responded to any questions we had! We would definately stay here again and likely will in the future!

Not the best rental experience we’ve had to date…
The biggest complaint we had was the cleanliness of the property. The floors were dirty upon arrival, the master bedroom shower doors had what appeared to be years of accumulated soap scum, and the wood blinds in the kitchen were filthy. We mentioned this to the owner, but he didn’t seem motivated to clean these areas during our two week stay. One other note is the hot tub does get hotter than 100 degrees. We asked if we could turn it up to 102-104 and the owner said 100 degrees is the maximum. One the positive side, the house is in a great location in Oro Valley. The view of the mountains from the 2nd floor patio was stunning. We would come back to Oro Valley again, but will stay somewhere that is much cleaner.

We appreciated having you as guests and we are sorry that you were disappointed by some things at the property. I have taken note of these things, but your complaints are very uncharacteristic of our properties based on comments and reviews that we have received from previous guests. I am very surprised by your comments about the cleanliness considering you were at the house for 3 days before you mentioned anything being "dirty" and you just asked if there was a mop that you could use, which there was and I told you that. Regarding the hot tub, you failed to mention that you put it into Rest Mode by trying to change the settings which prevented it from heating at all and I had to come correct that issue. When I arrived at the house to fix it, you were not there but another man was and he immediately asked when the maid service was going to come by the house to do laundry and wash and clean the house like is done during a hotel stay. I am not aware of any vacation rentals that have maid service like hotels, so it may be helpful to stay in hotels if that is what you expect. I did tell your friend to have you contact me if you needed anything after I fixed the hot tub, but I never heard anything more from you. So, again I am sorry for your disappointment and we did appreciate having you as guests.

A superb stay
Had a wonderful time. Ryan is a fantastic host. He responded to a few needs remarkably fast. The property is clean and inviting and the area is very convenient to multiple amenities. The local traffic is much less than Tucson proper but access is very easy. The checkin and checkout process was seamless. Highly recommended.

Family Visit
We had a mini-family reunion when the siblings got together to visit our father. We found that Ryan’s property was good for our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked and we made good use of the grill. The pool and hot tub were great - and also got a lot of use. Wifi was great - good bandwidth. We didn’t use the TVs much, but appreciated cable and smart TV in master bedroom.

Amazing getaway!
This was a fantastic property and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Photos are accurate and give a good impression of size, and house is well-equipped. Ryan is a very conscientious host. Location is great, very near to restaurants and stores and nicely accessible to Tucson. The pool was very nice, but I was surprised that even in mid-April it was really too cold to enjoy (nights are still cold and there is no pool cover so it does not retain heat). It was also very dusty and windy and so the pool gets dirty quickly. However, the hot tub is great! Overall awesome stay! Highly recommend.

Cozy Home to meet all of your vacation needs!
Had the BEST time staying at this cozy home in Oro Valley, will absolutely stay at one of Ryan’s properties again. House was well equipped with all necessities for a comfortable home-like environment and more! Excellent communication for check in and check out process with directions. The neighborhood is very quiet so it’s incredibly relaxing for day and night time in the jacuzzi. Can’t wait for our next trip!

Great spring break
Stayed for a week over spring break. The community is gated and right next to a park. This was our first time in the Tucson area. Oro valley is about 20-30 minutes away from most activities in the Tucson area - so this was a pretty central location. The owner responsive to any requests. The kitchen has everything you might need - including an Instant Pot and Blender as well as storage containers for leftovers. Our kids loved the hot tub and pool. The pool is not heated and was cold this time of year, but the kids didn’t mind at all.

Great family vacation

Great staycation during our move
We rented this property to have a place to stay while we moved and wanted a pool to make it feel like a vacation. This house was clean and comfortable. It's in a great location close to shops/restaurants. The pool is well maintained and a good size for playing around. The owner kept in touch via text throughout our stay making sure everything was going well. Overall, we would highly recommend.

Perfect getaway
This property was very clean and very convenient to everything. We stay here for a week to visit our in-laws who live in Tucson. We wanted a place with a pool so our girls could swim and not have to worry about a lot of people due to covid. We were very pleased with our stay here!!

Awesome place
We had a very nice stay at this house. Was cozy and comfy. We loved the pool and hot tub. It has a very nice outdoor patio. Beds were comfy and accommodating for 3 couples. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place.

Oro Valley vacation
If you’re looking for the perfect house , this is it ! The house itself is in a beautiful location, close to everything . The beds are so comfortable , the kitchen was great to cook and bake in . Everything you possibly need is already there for you . The bonus was having a pool and hot tub - they were clean and so enjoyable . The owner was so accommodating and a total pleasure to deal with . This has been such a great experience for me and I cannot recommend this property enough . You will not be disappointed ...

A great escape
My husband and I fled the Boston winter and stayed here with our dog for a month of working remotely. We loved the house, the hot tub, and patio and had plenty of room even when our daughter came to visit. The owner was immediately responsive if we had a question or an issue. The location is excellent - we were able to get in a hike most afternoons. Our favorites were in Catalina State Park and the trails around Dove Mountain. For a quick morning dog walk, we'd just walk a block over to the trails behind the development. Breathtaking mountain views for sunrise! Every kind of store you could need is nearby as are many great options for take-out. Now that we're home, we especially miss Rubios!

Great spot to enjoy Oro Valley!
My family thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Oro Valley thanks to this great house! The location is perfect...minutes from everything you’d want/need in Oro Valley, but the neighborhood is quiet enough that you feel out of the hustle. In fact, it’s so quiet that we saw multiple owls on adjacent rooftops and even a little bobcat passing by. The house was clean, well laid out and equipped, and our host was very easy to work with. We enjoyed the hot tub very much too (a bit chilly yet for the pool). Would highly recommend this property!

Oro Valley family-friendly home and location
My family worked and learned remotely for one week at this home in January 2021. The house and neighborhood are part of a newer master planned community in a desirable part of the Tucson metro with quality parks, trails, shopping, and restaurants nearby with the stunning Santa Catalina mountains rising above in close proximity. The owner/manager was very attentive and we made full use of the house spaces, hot tub and sand box. The pool was frigid cold given the time of year and being unheated. The kitchen was well outfitted although included laminate (not stone) countertops. Towels available in the kitchen and bathrooms were limited. The patio set was nice but did not include a shade structure if avoiding the sun while sitting outside was desired. Beyond those minor wishes we enjoyed our stay at this property and would return our next time in the area.

Well appointed beautiful home in a great gated community
My family came out from Kentucky to spend Christmas and this home was perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed for a Christmas feast. We enjoyed the hot tub and incredible hiking around the area. Great neighborhood with everything you need within Door Dash distance. Ryan was absolutely wonderful to work with and my family and I will definitely be back. Comfortable beds with an awesome TV for unwinding in the evening. The balcony off the master bedroom has incredible views of the mountains and was a great place to unwind. We loved this home.

We really enjoyed our stay at The.Villages of La Canada. The owner was very responsive. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the upper patio and we spent afternoons at the pool. The location was perfect. Our dog had plenty of room to roam in the backyard. There are great parks nearby. The kitchen could of used some more serving dishes and cutting boards. We would book this home in the future for sure.

Beautiful rental!
My husband and I stayed here for a week with our Australian Shepherd while visiting family. The home had everything we needed to host a family dinner. The backyard was enclosed so our pup could be off leash and there were no thorny cactus out back to worry about him eating, just pretty fruit trees, flowers, a sparkling clean pool, hot tub and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well-stocked. The master walk-in shower was very convenient and pretty. We loved the location too. The gated community felt safe and upscale. Just a quick drive to hike Catalina State Park, short walk down a paved trail to Riverfront park with playground, ball fields and grass, 2 minute drive to the grocery store and Noble Hops restaurant.

Enjoyable stay with family
The house is great and I highly recommend it. Very clean and organized; has everything you need; and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Great location to access Tucson and Saguaro National Park.
