I'm renting out my beautiful brick bungalow in midtown for the month of September, October, and potentially half or most of November. The 840 square foot house is on a large property. Beautiful hardwood floors, and Mexican tile accents throughout. The house has 1 bedroom, a tv room (with a couch and a 50" Samsung flatscreen tv), and a combined living room and dining room/kitchen. The backyard is spacious and private with a porch swing and a chaise lounge chair. There's also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
