No Mailbox Access: We do not have access to the community mailboxes, as they are reserved for owner use only.

Assistance Option: If on‑site coordination or retrieval assistance is needed from our ground team, additional charges may apply.



🚨 Important Note – No Pets Allowed

This home maintains a strict pet‑free environment to ensure comfort and safety for all guests. Any evidence of pets will result in a $250 fine. Thank you for your patience and understanding!



Optional Storage & Staging Space

Need extra space during your stay? Secure garage and backyard storage/staging space may be available as an optional add-on, making the property especially convenient for Gem Show vendors, exhibitors, and guests traveling with additional inventory or equipment.



For stays of one month or longer, storage is available for an additional $200/month. For shorter stays, please contact us for availability and pricing.



Storage/staging access must be arranged and confirmed in advance.

Our hosting team is available 24/7 through the Airbnb app and is only a short distance away if in-person help is ever needed. We are here to make your stay smooth and comfortable.
