Perfect for couples and solo travelers who may want some extra space, this peaceful condo is on the east side of Tucson has everything you need for a safe, extended stay surrounded by Southwest charm and the aura of the Sonoran desert.

HOUSE RULES ---------------------- If you book with us you are agreeing to uphold the following house rules: - We do our best to accommodate early or late check-ins, but due to our cleanersâ tight schedules, check-out time is strictly at 11 AM. There is a $50/hour fee for late check-out. - No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM daily. - All guests occupying the property must be accounted for on the reservation. Please do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors. - We require a $250 security deposit for guests with pets. This deposit will be fully refunded post-checkout, provided our cleaners confirm no property damage. - No smoking or vaping of any kind (of cigarettes or marijuana) and no drug use is allowed on the property. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if this rule is violated. - We cannot accommodate special requests for specific cleaning products, linens, etc. but we are practicing COVID safe cleaning methods and using antibacterial products - You have one designated parking spot available. There are also a couple of clearly marked guest parking spaces for use. Please do not park in any other spaces or your vehicle may be towed at your expense. - No mailbox access is given. Guests may have packages delivered to the front door, Amazon locker, or P.O. Box, but we are not responsible for items you have delivered. - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
