Gutes Hotel direkt im Flughafen
Ich habe das Hotel als Zwischenaufenthalt von Australien kommend vor der Weiterreise nach Ubud genutzt. Es liegt direkt im Flughafen, hat eine schöne Gartenanlage mit Pool, das Zimmer war ruhig, kein Fluglärm zu hören, mit einem schönen Bad. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und für 10,00 Euro nicht teuer. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der angebotene Transfer nach Ubud hat 450000 Rupiah gekostet. Ich war mit allem sehr zufrieden und kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Gutes Hotel am Flughafen, etwas moderig.
Ich kann mich den vorherigen Bewertungen leider nicht ganz so gut anschliessen. So hat es sehr muffig im Zimmer gerochen. Ein Badetuch auch beinahe schimmelig. Dafür ist die Lage direkt am Flughafen natürlich unschlagbar. Was sich etwas schwieriger gestaltet, sind Dokumenteausdrücke.

Dies war bereits der 2. Aufenthalt. Beim ersten mal hatten wir nichts benötigt daher war alles perfekt auch das zimmer war sauber. Dieses mal hat erst die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, also haben wir angerufen und nachgefragt, die antwort war, "one moment we will sent someone to your room". Keiner ist gekommem. Dann wollte ich dokumente an der rezeption ausgedruckt haben, habe die email mehrmals gesendet immer nur die antwort bekommen, "one moment i will doublecheck, wait please..." ich sas dann ewig da, es ist keiner mehr auf mich zugekommen, eine erneute Rückfrage gab das selbe, sorry one moment i will doublecheck, wait please...". Das letzte anliegen war eine Waage zum checken des Gewichtes des Gepäcks, ich bin extra zur Rezeption vor gelaufen um sie direkt mit zu nehmen, das Erlebnis, "wait please"... nichts passiert ich saß ewig da... dann erneute Nachfrage, antwort com guestservice war "sorry you can go back to your room i sent someone" also bin ich zurück gegangen, keiner kam auch nach einer halben stunde nicht... ich bin dann nochmal hingegangen und habe sie direkt bekommen... das nenne ich keinen Service bei einem Hotel dieses Standards...

War für eine Nacht dort. Im Bad wurde ich von Haaren begrüßt und dachte mir: kann passieren. Dann habe ich mich ins Bett gelegt und auf dem unteren Kissen ein kurzes schwarzes Haar, also nicht meins und Blut gesehen. Also die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Einziger Pluspunkt war das Frühstücksbuffet.

The key cards kept deactivating during our stay. I also suggest that the hotel should make sure it matches what it offers online as the sofa was not an expandable sofa-bed but a group of smaller pieces that put together would make it look like a sleep thing. Very convenient location for a one night stop over located next to airport.Room was spacious clean and quiet.All staff were attentive and polite and restaurant and breakfast were excellent with plenty of choice. Only slight negative was pool umbrellas broken. Would stay here again and recommend.

員工服務親切有禮, 住宿距離國際離境大樓入口只需步行約2分鐘, 對於要趕早機的我非常方便, 由於國際航班需要3小時前處理登機, check in 完行李還可以回酒店房間休息多一會才回機場, 非常滿意今次住宿 還有酒店4樓Roof Top Bar晚上有歌手表演, 時間許可的話不要錯過, 餐牌跟2樓餐廳是一樣的
