Super place to stay in T or C!
Plenty of room in both the house and in the backyard. Good location, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed a nice morning fire in the fire pit. Great for renting this time of the year.

Lovely comfy home
A really nice place! Comfy home, nice neighborhood. The owner was wonderful to deal with. Some of the dishes weren't clean - that might be more on the previous guests rather than the cleaner, because everything else was great. Thank you for a lovely place to feel at home!

Quick Vacay
Roomy house with lots of areas to sit inside and out. Yard was large and lights at night gave a pleasant glow. Quick access to center of T or C and also Elephant Butte.

Good location, nice back yard
We spent the month of January. Location very good for accessing the town. Nice backyard although the cooler weather prevented us from using it much. Home owner was very responsive with communication as there was issue with washer and toilet initially that she was aware of and kept us informed and things were fixed promptly. Kitchen and bathroom had most of the basics although lacked a few items like corkscrew (we purchased and left one), washcloths, baking sheet.. Washer/dryer is in separate building in back but was not an issue. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, spacious home
Our stay was great; the house was very comfortable and roomy. The living room seating was the most comfortable of the many VRBO rentals we have stayed in over the past 8 years. We would stay again.

This is a cute older home, well furnished and suitable for four people. The bedrooms are a little small and the second bathroom is in another building in the backyard.

Cute house, terrible neighborhood
The pictures of the property are accurate. It’s a cute house. The problem is that the neighborhood is sketchy. I didn’t feel safe staying there with my 78yr old mother. The description of the house lists air conditioning. I guess that’s technically not a lie, but it’s a small window unit for the whole house. There are oscillating fans in the bedrooms, but it was really hot in the house and there’s no way that small unit was going to cool down that house in the summer with the over 90° temps on the day we checked in. I saw television listed in the amenities. I don’t know where - I didn’t see not one TV in the house. The pictures and description of this house all seemed legit. Too bad the pictures don’t show you what the neighborhood looks like too.

Great place to stay in T or C
Got into town early, was able to check in early, home was ready, and key was available. Host answered questions quickly and thoroughly. Place was clean and fully stocked with kitchen utensils and linens including towels. Will definitely stay again

Susie was cool. And we did not cook any rabbits in her pots. Delores next door was a hoot. Hope the dogs didn’t ruin it for you. Next year we will bring runs. Place had a cool vibe and was thought fully furnished and decorated. Bunkhouse was cool. Thanks for having us hope to book for a month next January!!!!

So it was snowing
I loved being so close to hatchery. Made taking the dogs so easy. I came a want to town often and everything was super excess able. The snow was so beautiful.
