This newly and fully remodeled mountain home sits amidst the beautiful pines. Five bedrooms and baths guarantee everyone will have space to relax and enjoy all that Truckee / Tahoe have to offer! The main floor boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a rock fireplace in the living room and some of the most cozy and comfortable furnishings you will ever experience! Ultra-fast internet access makes it perfect for a working vacation. The lower level features a bedroom for 6 plus full laundry and bath.

Everything was amazing from check-in to checkout. The home was beautiful and well maintained. It was very clean, perfectly furnished, and the kitchen had almost every tool we needed. I highly recommend this property and will try to book it again in the future.

Fantastic stay at Northstar Cabin! Check-in was a breeze, kitchen was fantastic-kitchen had everything you could want to make cooking for a crowd easy. 4 bedrooms with king size beds and each had its own bathroom! The kids area had its own playroom/tv, 2 bunkbeds-each had its own room-and bathroom. Perfect place to stay for access to the lake, hiking and ski area gondolas-even in summer! Will definately recommend to other family and friends.

Lovely Stay at Northstar in July

We loved this property. The kitchen was the most well-stocked of any vacation rental I've stayed in. We also liked the layout. There was a large living room and plenty of places to eat a meal, including on the deck. I definitely recommend this property.

We loved our stay- just a few feet from an on-call shuttle gets you to the village in 2-5 minutes. Fantastic place- clean and spacious with everything we needed.

We loved this cabin for location and size. Had everything we needed: games, plenty of towels, comfy beds, etc. Close to northstar shuttle. Would def stay here again given the opportunity.

Beautiful home. Clean. Love the welcome binder, which does have the contact information for the host. Unfortunately, I thought I would find that information for Host contact in my confirmation via email and text messages, but I could not find it. I wanted to relay to the Host my gratitude for her beautiful home and needed to inform her we were unable to shut the water valve off. So I went ahead and informed her via vrbo email, reply text from phone number, and vrbo review. I just pray she got the message because we tried to shut off water valve, then we used warm towels to see if that might help, but still couldn't turn valve off. Other than not having Host contact information easily acessible the home is beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Highly Recommend

Great property with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had their own space. We really enjoyed the large kitchen for cooking together and the back porch bbq area for hanging out while cooking. The living room has plenty of seating for relaxing and eating/playing board games. We also appreciated that this property had plenty of parking spaces. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay at this property again in the future.

Perfect Place to Explore Lake Tahoe Area

This rental was the perfect spot to explore the Lake Tahoe area. There was ample space for our family of 13 and plenty of bathrooms. The house had all the kitchen items needed and I was also very happy with the stock of paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper and shower soaps, shampoos and conditioners. They had an ice cooler for us to use but we could have used a few beach chairs for our explorations of the beaches on Lake Tahoe and Donner Lake. All in all, I would highly recommend this rental.

Exceeded Expectations!

The place was perfect for our family trip. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and was perfect for a big family. Well stocked and the host was responsive and very friendly! The area is wonderful with lots of activities. Close to Tahoe and Truckee, with a ski village within half a mile.

Terrific house

This was our second time in this house and we really love it. The foot king en suite bedrooms are perfect for a big group. Great location close to the village. The owner Janae is responsive and clearly cares that you have a good stay.

Tahoe Girls Trip

We booked the cabin for a girls getaway weekend. There were 12 girls staying at the cabin and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and beautiful and perfectly set up for large groups. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensils or cookware you might need. The cabin is in such a great location in the Northstar Village neighborhood. There’s a shuttle stop right down the road that takes you straight to Northstar Village. We were all so happy with our stay and how nice the cabin was. We will definitely be coming back!

Five stars all around

We've been renting homes in Tahoe for many years, and this is undoubtedly one of the best. It's a recent construction, exceptionally clean, and the location is close to the shuttle and the village. The four en-suite bedrooms are very comfortable, and the additional bunk room makes it perfect.

Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about this property. It’s got every amenity you could think of for a wonderful stay. We always stay in the Northstar during our annual Tahoe visit. We needed a place that would accommodate a large group, and this place did not disappoint. It looked newly renovated, so everything is in great condition. Also, it was very clean. Every towel was folded, all the linens were crisp and clean, and every bathroom was spotless. Truly the owners take great pride in having a beautiful rental. I appreciate them sharing it with the public. I reached out to the owners a few days before our stay, and they were very responsive. All in all, this was a memorable trip to Tahoe. Due in great deal to this home, and the experience our whole group had here. Recommend 100%!
