Enjoy all the fresh air and breathtaking views you can manage out on the home's spacious deck or second-level balcony with seating options that offer quiet moments of relaxation. The interior of the home is just as impressive with a variety of living spaces that will suit anyone in your group. The large windows throughout create brightly lit spaces through an abundance of natural light, while also keeping the native scenery the focal point. The living room provides ample sofa seating where everyone can gather together for an immersive movie night around the large smart TV. An attractive dining room table seats 8, perfect for formal meals, while high-top seating at the kitchen counter for 4 is ideal for quick bites or serving afternoon hors d’oeuvres. The open kitchen is fully equipped and ready for the chef in your crew, offering all standard appliances, drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dining ware, serving your needs for any type of meal and so much more. The ornate gas fireplace is a focal point of the room, creating the perfect cozy ambiance during the cooler months and nights.



Need some private time away from the group? A second living area and game room can be found just off the kitchen and comes stocked with TV, books, and board games that can be played on the additional sofa and coffee table. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a sofa bed.



Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a full size bed.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and a half bathroom.

• Driveway and garage parking for up to 4 vehicles.

• This home has a steep driveway. 4WD is advised during winter months.

• Primary renter must be 25+ years old

• Washer and dryer in home.

• No pets

• No smoking

• Max. Occupancy: 8 guests

• BBQ is not guaranteed in winter.

• Wi-Fi may be slower during heavy snowfall.

• No A/C (like most homes in Tahoe - enjoy the cool mountain breezes).

• Drones are not allowed in Tahoe Donner

If you’re looking to hike, the property is 2 miles from Donner Lake Rim Trail (Trailhead Bermgarten). Or test your golf game at Coyote Moon Golf Course or Tahoe Donner Association, 2 superb golf courses that can be reached in less than 5 minutes. Enjoy Historic Downtown Truckee, less than a 15-minute drive, with shopping, dining, and historic walking tours. In 25 minutes, you can be at Northstar California Resort, a popular destination for avid skiers and mountain bikers that offers additional offerings such as spas, pools, kids camp, and more! A drive to picturesque Lake Tahoe is 25 minutes.



Tahoe Donner HOA Amenities – Guest Information



Guests have access to 6 Tahoe Donner Short-Term Tenant (STR) passes, which provide entry to select PRIVATE Tahoe Donner HOA amenities, including the Trout Creek Recreation Center (pools, hot tubs, gym, sauna), private beach access (summer only), and other HOA facilities.



Access Fees:

HOA amenities require a daily access fee, paid directly to Tahoe Donner. Fees vary by amenity, age, and season and are not included in your reservation. Full details can be found on the Tahoe Donner website.



2026 STR Tenant Card Blackout Dates



STR Tenant Card access to PRIVATE HOA amenities is unavailable on the following dates:

Jan 17–19 (MLK Day)

Feb 14–16 (Presidents’ Day)

May 23–25 (Memorial Day)

July 1–5 (July 4th)

Sept 5–7 (Labor Day)

Nov 26–29 (Thanksgiving)

Dec 24, 2026 – Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year)



Important to Know:

STR Tenant Cards are NOT required for PUBLIC Tahoe Donner amenities, even during blackout dates.

Guests are always welcome at public amenities at public rates.
