This charming first-floor unit provides a comfortable stay away. Enjoy a river view behind the building.The Troy downtown area is less than three miles away. Explore local eaters, fashionable boutiques, and coffee shops. There is seven units available in the building for a larger party. We have security cameras in the common areas of first floor hallway, second floor hallway, third floor hallway, there is no cameras inside of the listed units.

This peaceful apartment is on the first floor.

The bedroom is set with a queen bed.
The living room has a TV as well as a bedroom.
A rollaway twin cot is available in the apartment.
This is a historical building therefore we could only work with the space that was there. You can enter a bathroom via main bedroom only, and we utilized the space the best we could, but the sink in the bathroom is small. A bedroom that has a bunk bed is small and does not have a window, because it’s inside on the building. We tried to preserve the architecture the best we could while make it comfortable for our guests.Washer and dryer in the building.

There is a hallway that leads to the laundry for all guests to use, where we have two sets of washers and dryers.
