Big house in little Tropic
The property was clean with new updates. The beds were super comfortable. The house was much bigger than I thought it would be with plenty of space for us 4 friends. Fairly short drive to Bryce NP.

Perfect hideaway close to Bryce NP
Stayed 2 nights during our visit to Bryce National Park. House is clean, bedrooms are large and comfortable. Tropic doesn’t look like much, but we would disagree. 13 year old referred to it as “Topic like it’s hot”. Showdowns has great dinner, Rustlers is a good lunch spot. Route 12 Grill in the gas station has made to order breakfast burritos (Lfg!). Coffee shop has great coffee and quick breakfast. All of these are a block or 2 from the property.

This property was great for our family and very clean. The kitchen could be better stocked with enough utensils for breakfast and lunch, cooking oil, crock pot, Saran Wrap, etc for accommodating meals for a group this size. I was surprised by how many things I couldn’t do to prepare for the meals with the limitations compared to other homes I’ve rented for a group. But overall we had a great and would recommend this home to others.

Beautiful, well-equipped home
This home is no more than 10 or 15 minutes from the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park. The roads are good to the park. It’s a large home with big rooms and lots of bedrooms. We were quite comfortable here for three nights while hiking in the park. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and there’s a large dining room table. The main bedroom is huge with a nice bathroom and big walk-in closet. Tropic is small but has a nice grocery and several restaurants. The home is right in a residential neighborhood about two blocks off the main Street. Only two minor issues that could be easily fixed. The kitchen faucet does not reliably shut off unless you move it just right three or four times, or else it drips. And the drip coffee maker is extremely slow. It took an hour to make a full carafe. Otherwise, our family enjoyed our stay in this lovely, spacious home.

Loved it!
This place was better we had expected! Great location with a well laid out floor plan that was perfect for our group of 10. It was walking distance a few restaurants, Grocery Mart, and a gas station. Also just a short distance to Bryce Canyon and many other wonderful hikes.

Great location for visiting Bryce Canyon, spacious house
This house was excellent for our 8 family members. Spacious and kitchen enabled us to cook. Lots of hang out space. A few suggestions for improvement: stove top takes a very long time to heat up and AC was a bit difficult to adjust. Main bedroom and bathroom was very cold compared to other rooms. Would stay there again if we had a large group.

Five Nights at Bryce
Great property close to Bryce, Kodachrome Basin and Grand Staircase Escalante. Comfortable place to hang out for a day of down time. Grandkids got in a lot of Foosball time whenever we were back at the house. Plenty of room for a crowd, incredibly easy check-in process and very clean. Only drawback is that the stovetop has been abused by other visitors at some time in the last couple of years and needs some TLC or replacement. We didn't have any reason to call our contact on this visit but contact information was clearly provided. We would happily select this property again on a return trip.

Canyon Circle Trip
Was a great location for seeing Bryce Canyon and then for on our way to Moab. House was very comfortable for our 3 couples. Huge dining table and nice family room for sitting and watching TV. Could use some landscape work, but that's just cosmetics and didn't affect our enjoyment.

Still a brilliant place to stay
We've stayed here twice now, and it is a brilliant house. Both times we've had our kids and parents with us. The layout is great, the location is fantastic, and it makes visiting Bryce very enjoyable. The owners are very responsive. It sure beats staying in a hotel/cabin.

Great property and perfect location
We loved this house, it was perfect for the 5 of us. Everyone got their own room and the bathrooms were way to share, the house is a bit dated but makes you feel like you’re staying at grandmas. The living room furniture was clean but certainly very used to the point of needing to be replaced. The house overall was clean but I could tell it had sat empty for the season, it was a bit dusty and had some dead flys in the entry way. The kitchen was perfect, was stocked with enough dishes we could prepare meals and included coffee, salt/pepper and a few items needed for cooking. The location is perfect for exploring the national parks or heading over to hellsback bone or the petrified forest. We loved this place and are already planning our next stay,

This house was super-clean, very spacious, and has everything needed to make a great home base for Bryce Canyon and the surrounding area. All amenities listed in the ad were provided, the kitchen was very well-stocked, even fresh eggs from their farm in the fridge for us! The manager was super-nice. A beautiful home in Tropic
This house was a very large house. . The entire place was sparkling clean and had many amenities as it is advertising on internet.. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean and smelled fresh.. All kitchen appliances were working fine.. The kitchen was overly supplied with all the kitchen amenities including two coffee makers. Plenty of condiments were also there. The owners had paid lots of attention to small details which made our stay more convenient and pleasant. For example extension strips mounted on each side of the bad for charging the electronic gadgets. An extension cord on vacuum cleaner. We really enjoyed our stay at this location. I will definitely stay here again, also recommend it to my friends and family.

A Great Getaway for Bryce
We had 5 in our party which gave us plenty of room. The house is in a great location in Tropic with almost any store and restaurant in walking distance. House had everything needed for cooking and a great grill! Took us only about 20 minutes to Bryce Canyon. There is road construction this Summer as a new roundabout and road widening are underway. The local grocery store in Tropic had plenty of variety. A bit pricey but I expected that due to location. Lastly, if you live in the city and don't get to see stars often, great views await!

Great place for a large family!
None of us stayed here for two nights while we visited Bryce Canyon national Park. It was a great homebase for us and we cooked dinner in the kitchen both nights. The kitchen is fairly well appointed. The house seemed freshly painted and was very clean. I suggest you overlook the furnishings, if you need a great homebase for time in the national parks, it’s a great place for large family.

Spacious, spotless, stupendous!
This was by far the best short-term rental that we have ever stayed in. I have to admit that after booking this house, I was nervous upon learning that it was operated by a vacation rental management company. But I was pleasantly surprised. All of our correspondence was through the actual owner (Annette) who was friendly, prompt, and helpful. She was extremely accommodating and went the extra mile in every way. We are very fussy about cleanliness since we also have a 5-star Bed & Breakfast and this is the first place we’ve ever stayed that lived up to our standards. Everywhere we looked was spotless - even the landscaping! Not only that, it was super roomy - much roomier than we expected. I especially loved that the dining room was big enough for all of us to gather around the table for meals, games, etc. The house was tastefully decorated with many delightful landscape paintings (which we loved) along with numerous charming touches such as rag rugs, decorative tins for wash rags, etc. There were two coffee pots and literally everything else we needed was stocked in the kitchen making mealtimes very convenient. My only complaint was not having the opportunity to meet the owner in person.
