„The room was very spacious and comfortable. The property is old (steeped in history) but the room had all the features we needed. The instructions were excellent and the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful.
The bed was a little creaky and the pillows were a little thin/soft for my preferences, but perfectly comfortable and adequate. Great value for money. Great location.

He also provided advice on where to eat in Betws-Y-Coed, how to get there via a very nice path along the river and finally borrowed one of his wife's jackets.
The room itself was very nice, plenty of space and a very good bed for a good night's sleep.

We had a superior twin, which was on the second floor and had a great view through two large windows of the promenade and the sea. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, linen and towels were all new and the room was always clean, plenty of coffee and tea in the room, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We are a small misunderstanding when checking in which was quickly rectified. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet and fried or poached eggs on demand. The coffee was good and the bar was nice too.
