„A typical older Victorian hotel, but better than expected at that price! We had a superior twin, which was on the second floor and had a great view through two large windows of the promenade and the sea. „Guter Aufenthalt, auch wenn das Hotel nur zum Übernachten gebraucht wurde. Uns erschient jedoch, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz eher zu Gunsten der Konkurrenz ausfallen würde, auch wenn das Personal sehr freundlich war. Die einzig eingenommene einfache Mahlzeit (dinner) wurde über einen Zeitraum von 2,5 Stunden für 2 Personnen serviert , was eindeutig zu lange gedauert hat. Es ist aufgefallen dass das Personal in allen Bereichen nicht gut geschult ist.“
