Das Kallie Cottage

We are located close to Chattanooga, Rock City, Ruby Falls, Incline, CloudLand Canyon State Park and Wedding Venue’s! Relax and watch the cows graze in the pasture across the way or enjoy a breathtaking sunset from the wrap around deck. Our house is a 15 min drive to Cloudland Canyon State Park where there are a variety of hiking trails and 2 waterfalls. You can start at the bottom or top of the mountain. Our cottage is a 20 min drive to downtown Chattanooga and just a 20 minute drive to Rock City and Ruby Falls. Great Restaurants are all within a quick 20-30 minute drive. We offer a fully stocked kitchen with high end amenities and a lavish coffee & tea bar! We offer lots of recommendations when you check in, for sightseeing or local eats.

The space
We started building The Kallie Cottage in 2022! As a family who travels and frequently stays Airbnb’s, we paid close attention to the details and you can feel that when you step into our cozy cottage! Bathrooms have lavish tub and rainfall showers and the electric fireplace in the living room operates with a remote control. There is an amazing wrap around deck that spans around the house, including the front and back porch with seating and nice breezes to enjoy sunsets, or just take in the peaceful escape of the country side! Our cottage is located on top of a mountain, so the air is clean and cooler than the valley.

Guest access
The entire Cottage is available to guests.
Drive up located down long Gravel Driveway.

Other things to note
If bringing young children, please note there is a round spiral staircase in the home. We have a protective gate at the top of the stairs, and an extra gate in the closet in the hallway downstairs for the bottom of the stairs. There are also stairs off the back porch that are open so please be cautious of little ones running on the deck.

TV is in living room and is a smart TV and have Roku for streaming your own subscriptions. There are no TV’s in the bedrooms or upstairs in the second living room.

Laundry Room(s)
We have two laundry rooms in the home. Upstairs the large bedroom has the primary laundry room with side by side washer and dryer.
Downstairs we have a smaller stackable Washer and Dryer available for anyone that can not get up and down the stairs.

Kitchen
Large dining table in the kitchen seats 6-8. Table pulls out from under the island to become larger and to accommodate more people. Extra kitchen chair in downstairs master bedroom at the workstation. Two additional fold out chairs are also available next to laundry unit downstairs.

Linens and Towels
Extra Linens and Towels available in downstairs closet and or upstairs in laundry room.
