Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful fifth floor suite with a large private balcony looking over the East Grand Traverse Bay. This fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite features state of the art kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. Also includes a gas fireplace in the spacious living room.



The Space:

This suite is located at Peninsula Bay Resort with 330 feet of beach frontage on East Grand Traverse Bay. As guests, you have access to a heated outdoor pool and hot tub from around Memorial Day Weekend until around Labor Day Weekend with an outdoor grill area; weather permitting.



Guest Access:

Guests are able to gain access into the Resort with a key. There is an elevator and a set of stairs on each side of the building.



The Neighborhood:

Peninsula Bay Resort is nearby gas stations, grocery stores, coffee shop, bike rental and shop, restaurants, walking/bike trail and much more.



Getting Around:

Peninsula Bay Resort has a large parking lot. There additional parking; across the street and behind Speedway.



Other Things to Note:

Schmidt-Rogers Management offers a 24/7 emergency service line for urgent matters with the office is closed.



Interaction with Guests:

I give my guests space but am available when needed.
