This condo has one stall garage parking spot with a level 2 EV charging station in the garage for added convenience.



The Space:

This condo can accommodate up to 6 guests in two bedrooms—one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed. There's also a pull-out couch with a queen-sized bed in the living room.



The kitchen is stylish and has new, high-quality appliances. You can enjoy home-cooked meals at the kitchen's four barstools, use the living room's expanding coffee table as a dining spot, or enjoy a lovely dinner on the rooftop table.



The living area is inviting with ample seating, a big flat-screen smart TV, a queen sized sofa couch, and free high-speed Wi-Fi.

The best part of the condo is the private rooftop lounge, offering great views of downtown and West Bay. You can start your day with coffee on the rooftop or end it with a glass of local wine under the stars.



Located in downtown Traverse City, the condo is a short walk to various restaurants and bars, including Folgarelli’s deli and North Peak Restaurant/Brewery. West End Beach is just half a mile away, where you can play volleyball, sunbathe, or take a stroll in the open space.
