Summary:
Within a mile away enjoy this urban, moody, second floor unit. It is a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring all the restaurants and shops. CitySide Lofts is centrally located in between East and West bay with access to beautiful parks and beaches.This 2 bedroom condo has shared rooftop access where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine.
The Space:
Walk into our master bedroom that has a king size bed and 2 closets to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials. The guest bedroom has a queen bed along with a flat screen tv and a dresser to store your belongings. Don't worry if you decide to extend your stay, each unit comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.
**Pack 'n Play and high chair available upon request**
All of our smart TVs feature streaming capabilities only. Please feel free to access your own streaming service accounts while at CitySide Lofts.
In the living room you will find a sleeper sofa along with a large flat screen tv. CitySide Lofts is just a few blocks away from downtown, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot.
**Each unit has one dedicated parking spot in our lot. Your unit number will match your space number.
**Please keep in mind that our condo is located within the city, on a high traffic road. This is perfect for walking to local attractions, but keep in mind that street noise should be expected.
***If you are staying for more than 14 days we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean, the fee is $70 and it can be scheduled after your booking. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee and we will send it over through the airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.
Please note that these units are dog friendly with a maximum of two dogs allowed. We try our best to keep hair allergens away but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware.
There is a $120 pet fee per booking. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friend.
Please read the following rules if you plan to bring a dog or two with you on vacation.
Please clean up after your furry friend, nobody likes stepping in poo.
Supervise your pet at all times and make sure they are kept on a leash if necessary.
Please bring your pet with you if you leave the condo. If you are unable to do so please make sure they are kept in a crate.
Please respect the neighbors and keep the barking to a level zero as best as you can.
If possible please do not allow your pets on the furniture unless you bring an extra sheet or towel for them to lay on. (This goes for the bed as well.)
It is always a great idea to carry your pet vet records incase of an emergency.

Absolutely what we needed for the weekend, easy checking in and out. Condo was very clean and well put together. All the essentials where there and easy to find. All appliances, dishes and furnishings in very great condition. Condo was perfectly located for all the activities we chose to do around Traverse City. Will definitely be coming back.

The Loft unit is exactly as advertised. It is in a great location, central to all that Traverse City has to offer. It was very clean and adequately outfitted with linens and kitchen wares. It was more than spacious enough for our family of three and a perfect fit for our stay. Highly recommend.

Great location, nice rooms. Cust svc was responsive. Some mold in 1 shower, rust in another. Zero soundproofing...you hear pipes tapping when someone else in the bldg turns on hot water, you can hear conversations of people above us, moving chairs, etc. street traffic noise .

Frank’s Summer Trip to Michigan!
We had a great time with Frank the Doodle in Traverse City. Riley’s property was just as listed. It was clean and well appointed. Riley was very responsive to any questions or needs. Definitely will recommend the property to friends looking for a summer trip to Michigan!

Good location, updated clean interior and adequate parking.
The pullout sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The other beds were marginally better. Kitchen was sparsely stocked with scratched up pots and pans. Overall ok bot not worth returning.

Everything was great other then the parking
Everything was great other then the parking... the parking lots was so small we couldnt get our truck out unless the person behind us left 1st. And we had another vehicle since we were with some friends and we weren't aloud to park there we had to drive it 4 miles away and park at another one of the companys buildings.. so that was super inconvenient. But other then that the stay was great.

Riley’s condo was just as described. It was close to downtown, yet far enough away from all the activity. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great size for my 2 adult sons, daughter, and myself. Great place to unwind after spending the day on the winery trail.

Great location and wonderful communication!
The location is great! Very close to Mission Point and only 10-15 to some wineries there. Very close to downtown and all it has to offer! There is a Starbucks a few blocks away and a grocery store pretty close by also. Very short drive maybe a mile or so away.
The rental was clean and very nice. Accurate with the listing features. They did have a few K-Cups for coffee to get you started.
The plants that were there had seen better days but it might have to do with if people are there renting or not? It didn’t bother us at all.
The fire alarms are very sensitive! Which is probably a good thing though! I was cooking some hash browns for breakfast and it set off the alarm 2 times! It definitely woke our group up as we were sitting around talking about our plans. But like I said it’s probably a good thing it went off!
I read other updates about the road noise and that didn’t seem to bother our group at night? It really wasn’t bad and I only heard some as I was waking up in the morning.
My only thing was that at 4pm there were like 10 vehicles all trying to get into the small parking area all at the same time!!!!! But we worked through it and was able to get in and get unpacked. That really was the only thing that was somewhat frustrating!
It was also raining both nights so we weren’t able to sit and enjoy it.
Great communication with the management group! Very speedy with replies to our questions.
I would definitely return and rent here again.

Location is good, and friendly for pets. The only issue with our room was the keyless entry. It was difficult to use and the code was sent too early. It should be sent the day before your stay.

Great Weekend Getaway
The property was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Our group had four adults and the condo had plenty of space for us.
The roof top deck is the highlight of the property. We had coffee in the morning and drinks at night up there. Plenty of space on the deck even with other guests enjoying it as well.
Other renters left reviews stating an issue with noise from the busy road but it didn't bother us even for sleeping.
My only issue was that we were denied early access to the property and I only asked for 45 minutes early. This is the first time I've been denied an early check in and I have rented at many locations. Not a big deal but thought it wasn't a giant request and should have been accommodated.

Great home away from home!
Great location! Blocks from downtown Traverse City. Great rooftop access with beautiful views of Lake Michigan. Very clean and organized unit with all the amenities you need to feel at home. It was only a 17 minute drive to The Great Lake Equestrian Center as well. We will be back!

Great location but....
We could hear the people upstairs walking and running around. This would varry on past midnight so it was pretty disruptive.
The parking lost is tight! It wasnt sized for renters have traveling sized vehicles so make sure your maneuverability skills are on point.
For us, it was a great location between downtown and where we golfed at Grand Traverse.
We extended our stay an extra day and I was charged more than what I was emailed. When I contacted them, After many back and forth emails, I was told the total didnt include fees however their email clearly states "Total payment (including fees and taxes):" yet the charged my card fees that weren't part of the total. Pretty disappointing.
Showerheads could use to be decalcified and a new shower curtain liner in the master shower as there was dirty spots throughout as well as rust on the eyelets from being on there so long.
