One bedroom, one bathroom, 850 square feet, fully equipped kitchen and laundry.



The Space:

The bedroom has a king size bed, sound machine, flat screen Smart TV with streaming, and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Stacked washer/dryer in the closet.

Living room has a sleeper sofa and large flat screen Smart TV with streaming service.

Seated dining at a table for 4 or kitchen counter stools.



When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day).

Rather pedal? Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown.

That's where you'll find Downtown and Old Town in Traverse City, which is also just a short drive down the road by car. You'll find all kinds of dining options, shopping and entertainment. Nearby are wineries, breweries, distilleries. Hiking trails galore, beachcombing and stargazing are all a part of the Upnorth experience, and all are close at hand.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.



A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.



High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.



There is one parking space allowed per condo.



There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.



If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
