Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
Our experience was very disappointing for several reasons:
The bedrooms did not have available closets; all of them were locked.
The pool was closed, which significantly affected our stay.
We were not informed that the wind in the area was extremely strong. When we turned on the outdoor fire pit, within 10 minutes the chairs caught fire. We moved away for safety, and once the wind calmed down, we were able to put the fire out. Because of this situation, we were forced to purchase new chairs.
The mattresses were extremely soft foam, causing people to sink in and making it very uncomfortable to sleep.
On the second floor, we had to lower a curtain and remove cotton and balloons in order to make the space usable, as there was no proper curtain installed.
The second-floor bathroom had a water leak, leaving the floor constantly wet.
From the time we made the reservation through Expedia, we clearly stated that we would be traveling with 7 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs, so there were no unexpected changes in the number of guests.
Unfortunately, the property did not meet basic standards of comfort, safety, or transparency.
