Leider kam jetzt eine Meldung über Expedia, das Hotel hätte dies abgelehnt. Nun sitzen wir auf den Kosten. Das fanden wir jetzt nicht gerade Service orientiert. Im Hotel sagte man uns darum würde sich die Booking Abteilung von Holiday in kümmern. "
