„The room was clean. They followed my request for a room near the elevator for my mother who has breathing issues. The clock in the room was not correct though and it it hadn't been for my son calling, we would have missed her appointment.“

„The hotel is located on a busy street across from Bass Pro. Which if you are looking to do some shopping and go to the aquarium it is perfectly situated. We did get the feeling that the hotel was a bit older, more than likely the first of this chain. We stayed two nights which was ok. “

„Stayed here many times and this is my favorite place to stay in Springfield. If traveling with a family member (parent) for dr visit you can have separate rooms in the room and be able to keep an eye on them while having some space. Right across street from hospital. Only issue is last stay the paint smell was really bad as they had recently completed renovation on my floor. Prolly need to air it out a bit more before renting the floor. Open some windows or something. Otherwise, great place“

„Die Zimmer im separaten hinteren Gebäude, welches Neujahr zu sein scheint, sind sehr gut und auch für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut organisiert.Auch die Klimaanlage läuft sehr leise. Das Dach Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr ansprechend. Bedauerlich war, dass man am nächsten Morgen ein Frühstück bekommen konnte, welches man mitzunehmen hatte.“

„Breakfast can be either buffet or made to order, and it is an additional fee. My husband got food from the buffet and said it was not very warm. I had made to order omelet, very good quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean room, the room fans are loud. “
