Tolles Hotel; mega Lage; leider kein Parkplatz; Frühstück könnte für diese Klasse umfangreicher und liebevoller sein. Keine kleinen USB Ladestecker im Zimmer Poolzeiten sind eingeschränkt.

Die Personal in der Bar ein einfach nur schlecht. Langsam und unmotiviert. Es wird AKTIV versucht dem Kunden aus den Weg zu gehen denn der könnte ja etwas von einem wollen. Das Essen ist lauwarm am Tisch angekommen, mehrmals. Im Zimmer ist die Dusche Grund sich zu ärgern. Diese völlig übertriebenen Öko-Duschköpfe aus denen fast kein Wasser mehr rauskommt sind eine Katastrophe ! Parkplatz Situation ebenfalls nicht gut. Man parkt auf einem riesigen Schotterplatz, schwere Koffer sind nur sehr sehr mühselig zu bewegen und werden extrem dreckig. Wenn es geregnet hat ist es eine einzige Schlammschlacht.

The hotel was nice as it is almost brand new, the service is horrible, unfriendly, not helpful and somehow tries to teach guest. I expect service and not some woke mindset. Restaurant was not clean, looked like a mess, personal not interested in anything. Management seems to be not existing. Breakfast starts too late, Hotel at a racetrack but drivers and mechanics can’t have breakfast, most useless thing.

This is a fabulous hotel, great location with some rooms having views of the track. The hotel bar is nice with a good selection of drinks. Restaurant has a great menu and the food is lovely!

The Hilton Garden Inn - Silverstone: A very nice and spacious hotel lobby. Staff were very helpful, attentive and proffessional. I had a very pleasant stay. The rooms boast a modern sleek style, with huge flat screen TV! The bar and restaurant area overlooking the track is pretty special. The only downer was the carpark area was still being developed and quite a dusty walk to and from the car. Apart from that, a very nice Hotel, I would definitely stay there again when visiting Silverstone.

When I booked this property, I messaged advising that we were celebrating a special occasion. Despite the hotel not being busy, we were given a room next to the gym, with a view of the main car park. There was no personal touch, something as simple as a card with ‘enjoy your stay’. The room itself was noisy, we could hear music at 11pm and at 6am, there was a light in the room, on the air con system which remained on all night, needless s to say we didn’t sleep well. The hotel itself was poorly signposted and the gates we’d entered the night before were closed, which led to us driving around aimlessly trying to find the exit. Upon check out staff didn’t even bother asking us how our stay was. I’ve stayed in many hotels and not one hotel has not asked how my stay was. I’ve previously stayed in the Hilton, Deansgate, Manchester and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. Went away feeling disappointed for what should have been a special occasion.

Great location. Slow service
Unmade car parking. Very very slow service in bar and restaurant. Unable to get a coffee in the morning before 8 as Starbucks not open and restaurant would only let you have a £15 breakfast. Great location for track. Nice rooms. Poorly signposted.

I would personally look for other hotels
Upon arrival I was given my room. The TV did not work. The engineers then tried to repair but had to move me to a different room. The second room the TV did not work. About 4 channels was working but the TV would then randomly turn it's self off. However that was not the worst. There was a immense buzzing noise throughout the room and when I asked reception they advised that they cannot turn it off as this was the only means of airflow into the room. I booked he room as part of a business trip and had a lot of work to do in preparation however the noise was horrendous and so loud that it was almost impossible to concentrate. I would not be staying at that hotel again anytime soon.

Good morning, I do apologise for not meeting your expectations. Unfortnaltey, there is an ongong issue with the TV's hotel wide which is being investigated. I do apologise for the inconveniece and the inpact it had on your stay. In regards to the buzzing sound that was in the room you are correct unfortunatley that is essential for air flow throghout the room and cannot be turned off. I am dissapointed to hear that nobody offered to move your room and for that I do apologise. Please be assured this has been brought up to the team to ensure this never happens to a guest again. Where do i start think cold Nordic concrete style rooms, albeit heated but bleak. The carpark is still a building site full of diggers and potholes and mud dont wear your best shoes or trousers they will be ruined quickly. The place is clearly not ready for customers yet i guess due to concern about profit opened early yet charging fulll rates. Sadly doesnt end there, a rush job in the rooms with wobbly lamp fittings poor tiling and mastick finish in the bathroom and only cold water from hand basin. In the bedroom we have a deeply uncomfortable hard mattress wobbly lamp fittings and whilst a decent size TV over Half the channels missing on the tv only had normal terrestial. Want me to carry on? Dont sleep on 5th(top) floor as when it rains the rattle on panelled tin roof above your head may keep you awake at night. Great Track view though which i guess we paid a premium for despite it clealry being closed for winter.

Excellent new hotel. Very helpful staff. Good on site restaurant but would recommend booking in advance as it gets busy. Great room overlooking the track. Car park not finished yet but plenty of acceptable parking.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The room was extremely clean, modern and comfortable with a safe, air con, shower, huge tv… everything you need! We went to the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. The dinner was so delicious, I definitely recommend the steak. The view from the hotel is unbelievable. You’re directly over the Silverstone race track. We got a king room with balcony and I cannot recommend getting a room with a balcony enough! If you’re staying here you won’t be disappointed with the balcony view. Also, a huge thank you to Tanice for looking after us. Amazing staff and great stay. Definitely recommend :)
