The apartment features a cozy furnished terrace facing the lovely swimmingpool area. Suitable for couples. The romantic décor makes it especially suitable for honeymoon couples. The property is located in the very popular Urbanizacion Plaza Del Sol, with an atmosphere of an old spanish village. Plaza Del Sol is truly a lovely oasis in the middle of Torrevieja. The lush, green pool area has real grass and large palm trees. The views from the terrace is just perfect with just a few steps to the pool. The terrace is furnished with a small table and two benches for 2 people and a patio chair. The apartment consists of a kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 living room with a dining area, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and a bidet. The cozy and romantic bedroom has a incredibly comfortable 160 cm wide double bed and a fitted wardrobe. The living room has a TV, a sofa for 2 people and a dining area for 4 people. The well equipped kitchen has a stove, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, microwave, kettle. In the laundry room there is a washing machine and drying rack. There is also an iron and an ironing board. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable holiday. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room for both cooling and heating. The rent includes Wifi (fiber internet) and a Tv with Scandinavian and international channels. The apartment is perfectly located with only 150 meters to the beautiful beach of Playa de Los Locos (larger part fine sand and a less crowded stony part) and only 900 meters to the very popular beach of Playa del Cura. There are bars, restaurants and grocery stores along streets in the area. More shopping is within easy walking distance along the seafront promenade. Habaneras Shopping Center is 2.5 km away and the very popular shopping and entertaining centre La Zenia Boulevard is only a 10 minutes drive from the apartment. If you like golf then this is the perfect golfing paradise, 10 golf courses within the radius of 15-30 km. It takes around 45 minutes to drive by car from Alicante airport to Torrevieja. If you don’t wish to rent a car, it’s easy to take a bus from the airport instead. It’s only about 15 minutes to walk to the apartment from Torrevieja Bus Terminal (it’s also possible to take a taxi from there).
