Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet mit eingestreuten Schnellrestaurants, ohne jede Möglichkeit der Freizeitgestaltung. Die Restauration wird von einem Restaurant der Dennies Kette erledigt, schmierig und langsam. Das Hotel benötigt eine Generalsanierung und besserem Zimmerservice Die Garage ist geräumig aber völlig verstaubt. Preis zu hoch für das gebotene.

Pool has an amazing water slide but its been broken since forever it seems. Also the gym needs some repairs and upgrades, for example you have to share a cable machines "weight pin" which is an embarrassment of a problem. Hotel wise its a nice place to stay and the staff are really nice. Beautiful lobby and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Got upgraded to a king suite. Nice room but i was only there for a few hours. Breakfast at Dennys was good. Be careful that you go to the right hotel. There are 2 sandman hotels that have airport shuttles. Post 13 is where this one picks up. The hotel is about a 13 minite drive from the airport so not super close. But even with a lot of morning traffic we were there in about 15 minutes. Be sure to book your return shuttle at the desk. They only go every 30 minutes. The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet.

I usually love this hotel but not impressed woth the water slide being shut down, due to "covid" and also , i didnt like that if we wanted your room cleaned you had to put the sign out by 10 am and they didnt have enough coffee in the lobby.

What an amazingly, beautiful, clean and welcoming property. The room was like have I my own little apartment. Everything was clean, updated, and just to my liking. And don’t get me started about the cost. What an amazing value.

We booked specifically for the shuttle and park and fly. When we arrived at the airport after a long day of travel they told us we would habe to wait an hour and a half for a shuttle. We ended up paying a taxi an insane fare four our 15 minute ride to the hotel to pick up our car. Unacceptable.

I have little to like about this property. Last night of a wonderful family (4 seniors, 2 middle age and 3 kids) vacation, Easter Monday at this property was severely impacted by the rude front desk and lounge staff. Ended up at their Denny’s and finally met a server with a smile and willingness to serve.

There was a staple sticking out of the bed frame that cut my toe and nothing was done about it. Unacceptable!! I found garbage on the floor and the phone beside the bed wasn’t working. The jacuzzi was dirty and also, the pictures show a huge water slide in the pool and it’s out of commission which is a huge disappointment and it was so full of kids that kept invading our space.

This property should be called " blandman" it had the potential to be great but many if not all the intriguing services half worked or didn't work at all. The pool has a water slide that is not in use, the jets in the tub sound sound like a gurgling stomach, vanity mirror light did not work, the rain fall shower head did not work, and the water took forever to warm up, plus I'm quite certain there were blood stains on the bathroom wall and ripped robes for the Jacuzzi suite. Like I said all the makings for a great stay but ultimately fell short.

Overall the stay was fine. There were a few details that were a bit surprising for a 4 star hotel, such as the mirror looking like it was bulging out in one spot and there was some dirt in the room. Also, be aware the ceilings in the parkade are pretty low, so be careful of that if you’re in an SUV. A safety concern is that there are absolutely no life jackets provided for the pool and the pool is unsupervised with no on duty life guard, so please be careful and safe and don’t swim alone. The water slide is also non functional.
