"Hotel ist gut zu erreichen,in der Nähe etwa 10 Minuten Fussmarsch gibt es eine U-Bahn. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine gute Kaffekapselmaschiene mit leckerem Kaffee, 24/7 zugänglich. Frühstück gibt es ausserhalb in einem Bistro von 07:00 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr! Auswahl war ausreichend. Man denkt, dass es eine Wohnung ist,mit Küche, Kühlschrank, Geschirr. Bett war in Ordnung. WLAN Empfang war gut. In der Nähe gibt es Lebensmittel Geschäfte und Restaurants. Umgebung ist soweit ruhig."

"Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gute Lage, in direkter Umgebung viele Supermärkte und Essensmöglichkeiten. Für die Lage recht günstige Parkmöglichkeiten für 20$ Lediglich die Zimmer könnten m.M.n. eine Auffrischung gebrauchen."

"Positive: 1.rooms are really spacious and comfortable. Bed very confortable with different choice of pillows. 2.Very clean and well maintained: houskeeping is doing a great job . Special mention to Julie who was really accomodating. 3.Free hotel shuttle to and from the airport with nice and helpful drivers Negative: 1. Frontdesk staff is really not helpful. Lack of willingness to help with basic information and bordeline rude and disrespectul. They might need some training on how to address costumers 2.Location is a bit far from Toronto center but the shuttle to the airport makes it easier to just grab transport from the airport to the city center (20mn ride) 3.There is no restaurant in the hotel which is unfortunate ( specially for breakfast) but plenty of options at a walking distance. There is also a Denny's restaurant connected to the hotel but mainly American fast food. To summarize gokd hotel but frontdesk staff need to do better"

"Bakon im zimmer wäre sehr schön gewesen; leider liess sich die Tür nicht öffnrn. Und die Dusche hatte keinen Schlauch, war oben fest montiert. Für kleine Grössen wie mich ungeeignet. Sehr gut ausgestatteter Lobby - Shop. "
