Nicht im Tumult aber doch schnell in den Zentren
Das Hotel war sauber, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Abendessen gleich im Hotel einzunehmen ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich und es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall in die Nähe Bahnstation (da. 5 Minuten zu Fuss) zu gehen und dort oder auf dem Weg dahin die Restaurants zu besuchen. Die nahe Bahnstation ist sehr gut angebundenund ermöglicht eine schnelle Reise in ein anderes Quartier von Tokyo.

インバウンドの影響か外国人の方が多く、とても活気付いていた。何度か利用しているが、今回は初めて朝食を利用。内容も充実していて大変美味しく頂いた。特にパニーニは、自分でトーストでき、味も素晴らしかった。チェックイン、アウトの際もスタッフの方々の対応も良く、また次回も利用したい。

きれいな部屋で、交通面も便利でした。ドリンクのサービスがあり、てっきり朝の時間帯だと勘違いしてコーヒーを取りにレストランに入るなり、スタッフに"無料じゃないです！これは朝食の名残りですから！"と、こちらから何か聞く前に年配の男性の方にこんな対応をされ、とても不快でした。私なら"ドリンクバーをご利用でしょうか？あいにく夕方17時からなご利用となります。後ほどぜひご利用ください"と対応します。

Two things: location and the beds! They have probably the most comfy beds I’ve slept in out of the three other hotels we stayed at while in Japan. It was a nice way to end our trip. And they have a train station literally across the street, Takanawa Gateway. The biggest benefit is if you’re going to Shibuya, you get on before the busy Shinagawa station. There is a lot of construction in the area but that wasn’t an issue for us unless you’re looking for a good view of the city from your room. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the cleaning staff, props to them. The property was well kept and maintained. Appreciated how quiet the area was at nighttime as it was a nice reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the other more touristy areas. Lawson and 7-11 were only a few minutes away. Food options were limited but if you like ramen there are a couple places within walking distance. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous hotel. Perfectly clean. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Amazing staff. A few min walk from 2 different stations and a few mini marts. Yummy treats and beverages every evening included with stay. Would definitely stay here again.

周囲が再開発工事中なので、駅からの道は工事現場の横を通りますが、工事が終われば解決することでしょう。 部屋はきれいで、スタッフの対応も良かった。宿泊客対象の無料のラウンジがあり、サービスも良かった。 ただ、バスタオルの一枚に汚れが付着しており、その分がマイナス1点です、直ちに交換のタオルを持ってきてくれ、対応は良かった。朝食のご飯と味付け海苔がもう少し美味しいともっと嬉しい。洋食は美味しいかったので残念です。

It was an easy walk away from the nearest train station and check in was super easy. The rooms were very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bath was amazing for my tired feet. You do get a city view in the upstairs rooms but there's construction going on which takes away from the magic. Still, I'd say the only real downside was getting the breakfast included option (which cost a little more) and it wasn't very good. Mostly it was cold side dishes, a small cold sandwich, and basic drinks. Also there's not many affordable dining options nearby so you would need to take a train to an area with more options. We went to Tokyo station from here and it was perfect. I'd stay here again because it's a nice comfy hotel, but I wouldn't pay for the breakfast option.
