The location of the Hotel is great. We didn like that the curtains couldn’t get the room dark. That was annoying during the night. My wife didn’t like the pillows.

No reasonable service. Stayed for 7 days only provided 2 bottle of water. The room had been cleaned twice but the floor, the table and the bath tub still very dirty. Sure I will not go there again

In both of the APA hotels we stayed at (Shinjuku and Ueno), the rooms smelled strongly like the end of the day ski boot rental hall. I am not sure if it’s the sewer system of these locations or the extensive carpeting in the room or in the case of Shinjuku the window does not open and room AC does not allow air ventilation as it is centrally controlled. We stayed in Ueno one night and Shinjuku for four nights and had the room cleaned multiple times without much help, ended up buying scented spray to cover up the smell as the provided scentless spray in the room did not help one bit in order to be able to sleep. Probably won’t be staying in another APA hotel if I can avoid it.

Continuous long waits for 3 elevators. 4th elevator was locked off for staff use. No fresh air in rooms, couldn’t open windows. Mold growing in bathrooms. Atleast 2 mornings, the smell of the water in bathroom smelled like BO. Our room window overlooked the Kabukicho tower courtyard which has massive screens that play the same commercials very loud all night long. When you walk out the front doors of the hotel to the same courtyard, you find trash from young locals all over the place. They get drunk in the courtyard and throw their garbage everywhere. This is no fault of the hotel but it was brutal every single day.

If you want to be right in the midst of the excitement of Shinjuku, this is the place to be. And the rooms were quiet, despite lots of nightlife outside. I like a slightly quieter location, so wouldn't stay here again. But the hotel it self was great and there was so much to see and do right outside the hotel.

La habitación es demasiado chica, al punto que entre 2 no hay espacio para moverse ni para las maletas. Al costado de la cama estaba sucio. Se llena de humedad toda la habitación con cada ducha. No te hacen limpieza todos los días. Bastante incómodo y chico.

The front counter service is terrible. The hotel only provides 2 bottles of water to customers at check in. Then no bottle water giving to customers on the subsequent stays. No advance warning to customers about this. I ended up having no water to drink on that evening. They told me that I could buy from their hotel! Money sucker ! Very confusing.After I checked out and stored luggage at the hotel for 2 hours, when I returned to the hotel to pick up the luggage’s and I was refused or not allowed using the lobby or cafe restroom in the hotel. What a poor customer services

I recently stayed for five nights and had no issues. The location is prime and very walkable. Right in the heart of Shinjuku so there are plenty of bars, clubs and restaurants minutes away from the hotel. Like most Tokyo hotel rooms, the rooms were small but the location and cleanliness make up for it. If you want to stay in the middle of the action, I highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times due to it's location and close distance to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Onsen on the floor is a plus. It is a little noisy at time but that is what you should expect given the location of the hotel. Airport bus is next store to both Haneda and Narita airports makes it easier to travel from/ to airport

Property is poorly maintained. They shot down out water and electricity 2 days in a row for several hours. The rooms are as small as a king size bed including the bathroom (there is a full size bed in the room). Rooms are very old and not clean and the shower it’s another story that I can keep going and complaining for. Beware that no one knows English. They are very nice and wants to help but it’s frustrating. The location is the best thing about this hotel. I don’t recommend staying there more than a day or two.

This hotel is located in a very convenient city centre, it's easy to assess your needs like shopping and dining. The subway station is just few minutes away, but it was different noisy like music and people shouting during the night. Except the carpet is very dirty, overall is ok as the price is fair in the Shinjuku area.

Fue nuestro primer hospedaje. Del aeropuerto al hotel solo tomamos un bus Limusine Airport que nos dejó en Kabukicho Tower, solo cruzamos la calle y ya estábamos en el hotel, una ventaja porque llevábamos nuestro equipaje. El personal muy amable, muchas amenidades cerca para recorrer a pie.

The ammenities were very good for this property. Good, clean hotel room, with an amazing public bath house(my favorite part), and a delicious breakfast. The information for everything was easy to find on the tv. Only thing tho, is that the air condition was not working very well, so my room was hotter than outside.
